Although not an active participant to the war, Countesia has approved funds to be funnelled into the Kamilistani economy to try and ward off economic collapse, now that it must pay its freemen. Also, may I suggest that The Kamilistan Government lease an airfield with the capacity to refuel, restock and house military aircraft to GRAIL, to be staffed by a coalition of each nations air forces. I believe this will be an effective deterrent against Kamilistan attempting to break any terms of this treaty.
