New Carthaginian Flag Referendum 2020 [Open]

His Most Gracious Majesty, Christophe II, By The Grace Of God, King Of New Carthagea And The Emperor Of Phoenicians,

Realising that the current flag of the nation ; which was adopted after the announcement of the Second Carthaginian War, was chosen as the standard of the nation during times of conflict

Understanding the fact that as the war has ended, and amidst growing calls that the previous, pre-war flag was not truly of the greatest symbolism and vexillological standards ;

Has declared a referendum to be held for choosing the flag for this great nation, and has, after deliberations with the department of vexillology, decided upon a few designs upon which people may vote. This referendum shall run from this day, upto the 27 of October, 2020.

Design 1: The historical flag of the nation, in use until the beginning of the war in July 2020.

Design 2: The war banner of the nation that is currently under use, since July 2020.

Design 3: The alternative designed by the Union of Vexillologists, Phoenicia Division.

Design 4: The alternative designed by the Union of Vexillologists, Olivieres Division.

Design 5: The alternative designed by the Monarchist League of New Carthagea.

I'm honestly torn between 2 and 4. 4 seems a little too complex, though, so I voted for 2.
