My cousin has wore me down to agreeing to hold a birthday party at the Presidential Palace for him. He will be turning 38 years old! So I don’t have to go through the torture of being alone with him, all diplomats and/or heads of state who apply to come and have acceptable applications will be allowed to party at my place! First you’ll stay in one of the palace’s many guest rooms. Then, on the 24th, the festivities begin!
