Halfway across the world, at the Imperial Parliament, His Majesty Emperor Sebastian I, the Prime Minister and the Cabinet are in a meeting discussing domestic infrastructure. Emperor Sebastian had declined his invitation to the wedding due to major disputes in the House of Commons, during their discussion, one of the interns walked into the room with a folder from the New Carthaginian Embassy.

Sebastian: "Young man, you may be an intern, but you cannot barge into a cabinet meeting like this."

Intern: "Sir you must read, there was an attack at the Royal Wedding."

Sebastian: "WHAT?!"
The Cabinet meeting begins to talk over each other about what they just heard, Sebastian takes the folder, reads the message from the embassy, and sighs.

Prime Minister: "Where are the attendents? There were multiple heads of state from across the world that were attending."

Intern: "They've been evacuated the New Bern."

Sebastian: Ladies and Gentlemen I'm sorry but we have to postpone this meeting for another time, I'll be in my office contacting Lord Bodie. AND MAKE SURE ALL POLITICAL FIGURES WHO EVACUATED ARE IN A SECURE BUNKER!

Emperor Sebastian stormed out fast and left for his office hoping to God everyone is okay...
