Following disastrous attempts to consolidate America costing the Treasury billions, and restraining Scotian military potential, the Scotian military will withdraw to New England and the surrounding area, inclusive of Washington D.C., and begins to seize items of value in America and burn factories as they retreat. The Scotian navy prepare for a withdrawal attempt, and while the Premier calls this a 'great victory, never seen since the days of Drake's piracy', enemies to his regime call it a 'shambles, a great loss to the nation'. Polls suggest that the move has not caused a moral collapse, but rather stirred the nation into patriotism and war with America.
"The fools," the Premier mutters in the Glasburgh House basement. "After this, America will be weak and unable to fight back! We can decimate them and force them into submission... America shall enter a new Dark Age."
American opinion is raised as they watch the hordes of Scotians vacate their cities and towns, yet revolted by the official American death toll of 451,000 soldiers and an undetermined amount of civilians (estimated by the World Peace Society to be over a million). Jingoism causes the press to have such headlines as 'Hammer the Communists' and 'Take the Fight to Them'. Whatever the Premier says, this conflict looks bleak for both sides.

The Neutrality Support Pact
The Neutrality Support Pact is an alliance between countries that are neutral and therefore don't interfere in the war as long as they can.
Its main purpose is socioeconomical and military cooperation and protection of each another.
Countries in NSP must:
- Be neutral, this means neither on the side of ACL or the Communists' side
- Be prepared to support other countries in times of need, either economically or militarily, to their best ability
- Avoid attacking other countries in NSP, and if possible any else countries
By signing this pact you officially join the NSP and give up any beforehand side membership.

And... how do you expect to carry this out? There are millions of socialist/communist nations. Alone, you stand no chance, and its likely most of the capitalists will not join you in this endeavor. Maybe build up your strength, and try and focus on just one instead of all at once.
