We have been waiting days for a response, and have not even received a single word back. As a result of this, I am authorizing a 3 day ceasefire. If there is no response by that point, then we can assume something like a hostile takeover has occurred, and I will therefore request a formal temporary liberation of NC by the members of GRAIL. I do not wish for this to have to happen, but if the government has been overthrown then we must take it back.

If this is to be the case, I will recommend that the NC reparations are paid as Cartagean held Tunisia, rather than a cash amount.

Immediately a ballute deployed, and a set of fins began to gently roll the weapon into the desired trajectory. The bomb may have been picked up on radar, but it would've been hopeless to stop it.

At 8:30 Macronesian time, one Jackknife biological weapon reached an altitude of 5,000 feet. The charges placed on the samples detonated, and five kilograms of the Jackknife virus dispersed across the Capitol of New Carthagea. The bomb then detonated. The targeting unit, bomb casing, and anything else that could have potentially identified the missile as one of Socialist Macronesia's was blown into slag and thrown across the country.

At 8:35 Macronesian time, the samples reached the surface.
