You'll find the info you need in order of events and in the IC thread, but here's a quick summary: Langenia, Nihon, APH, and Polis are all going to intervene. Joyea's going to support Kim Jong-un but hasn't started rping yet. The rebels are all locked in a race to capture Pyongyang first.

No all my capital ships are at sea though I do have RO/RO ships offloading equipment right now.

Langenia, those tomahawks are flying nap to the earth so you wouldn't have time to even evacuate anyone or anything by the time they were even detected by your radar. Unless you were specifically watching for the cruise missiles which you could only detect the boost phase which would only be a few seconds, the launches were 150 miles away so you wouldn't be able to detect the launches unless you had AWACS up or warships nearby.

This looks cool, but I'm seeing lots of players and large organization sizes, so I'm not sure if this would be my first choice for an RP.

However, I want to encourage newer or less experienced RPers to have good, solid, friendly RPs that are still able to be reasonably competitive without being toxic. I've seen RPs end in huge political fights that seem like children squabbling.

I have seen RPs where players just aren't sure if something could happen or not, or if something made sense, and so two players aren't even sure which of them won a confrontation or not.

Not sure if my offer would be accepted, but I am offering as a player that's seen a lot of RPs and had lots of time to read up on this stuff, to be something like a referee. I've been on the sight a long time, but maybe it looks elitist or smug to offer help, so I'm not sure if you'll have me on or not.
