In the two years since Munkchester kicked the gypsies out, many of them have returned. Lord President George Fenwick has publicly announced that he is "not pleased" with the situation. Since they have violated the perfectly reasonable terms offered to them, George Fenwick has ordered that a more restrictive set of policies be enacted. From now on, any gypsies found in Munkchester will be summarily executed regardless of circumstance.
Although some foreign observers may wonder why Munkchester is not simply enslaving these gypsies, George Fenwick has said that the reason for this would be obvious if they left the liberal elite bubbles from which they are defending the group in question.
