The Royal Castle of Alegeharia is ancient, while it should be memorialized and museumized it is still the seat and home of power for the nation. Any money that goes into restoration has strictly come out of the royal families pockets to not strain the nations budget. The castle sits at the very top of the mountain. There is a gate a few feet from the stairs with a working portcullis, though some say it doesn't work and is rusted into open. The walls that surround the castle are as strong as when they were first made with minor additions for a modern look, flood lights have been added every few feet, with the Wooden Archer posts, changed out for harder material and support for modern weaponry. The courtyard of the castle features a giant fountain at its center surrounded by smoothed cobble for pathing. There is grass everywhere, to a corner there is a large ancient tree with a tire swing and dog house, on the other side is a garden with a pond and small foot bridge to walk over it. There are benches ever so often for visitors to sit and enjoy the nature of the courtyard.
