I have read and agreed to the rules (Y/N): Y
IC intentions: The Undersea Salvage and Recycling Cooperative wishes to have rights of salvage of sunken ships and materials after the conflict is over. We intend to collect metals and materials and recover sunken ships, submarines, and other crafts.
IC attitude towards South Reinkalistan (Pro/Anti): It is a business opportunity, a chance to make a profit.
We're just tagging you to let you know we will be cleaning up afterward if that is possible.

Are these things supposed to be (possibly larger than normal) modern guided missile cruisers, or are we talking about legit WWII-era battleships (which are pretty much totally obsolete in the modern day)?
Also, regarding the above two posts, as the ships were sunk in port, you should be able to raise and repair them. Though depending on how damaged they are (or how old they are) scrapping may indeed be the more economical option.

Cabinda Daily: Gay Rights activists block a street in the City in Cabinda, commuters peeved... Rig manager arrested for illegally trafficking oil to the Republic of Congo... Committee to potentially rename the City of Cabinda founded... Africa by Toto played for 24 hours by tourists, causing mass hatred against the song...

IC attitude towards South Reinkalistan (Pro/Anti): Officially Neutral, but there is a private distrust of South Reinkalistan.
