City of Industry is under control of the Republic but some of the surrounding villages are under Sultanate control.

Pashtunistan City is under Sultanate control whilst the rest of Pashtunistan is under secessionist control.

I believe it would be wise to try and siege down the City of Industry, it is a valuable place to hold and might de-seat the republicans significantly
