Press Office of the Huonedomov Chair-Elect
10th June 2020 .
Pietar Ivanevich
Chair-Elect of the Huonedomov
The multiple developments occurring have led to widespread confusion in the Huonedomov. The Baltic Fleet is arriving shortly near Novyy Krasivayan territory. Orders are to NOT engage with any craft. We, the FinRussian state, believe we are not currently in a state of war with any party. The Baltic Fleet and air arm are available for any group or nation to call upon, and we request you do so as soon as possible. It appears the legitimacy of the Novyy Krasivayan administration is under question, along with mirrored problems in neighbouring Lushansk and breakaway states there. We call upon all representatives to establish relations with us, either through our existing diplomatic relations or sending a small envoy to a fleet representative.
In addition, FinRussland wishes for a swift and peaceful resolution to this conflict and is hereby sending additional hospital ships to the region to cater for civilian victims from any location. ANY GROUP FOUND TO OPEN FIRE ON SHIPS OR FIELD HOSPITALS FLYING THE RED CROSS/BLACK AND ICE BLUE INSIGNA WILL BE TREATED AS A THREAT. Our volunteers do not discriminate and will be on hand to offer medical aid to all civilian parties.
We look forward to a swift resolution of the complex situation and to your co-operation with our humanitarian efforts.
Orders to fleet
Office of the Western Admiralty
10th June 2020 .
Gregor Pikhulsson
Admiral of the West
The Baltic Fleet is arriving shortly near Novyy Krasivayan territory. Orders are to NOT engage with any craft. Our Naval air arm is already established in Novyy Krasivaya and have provided intelligence that there is a significant risk of missile attack, both with and without intent, on the fleet. As such, all anti aircraft guns are to be manned as a backup to our existing countermeasures. Additional hospital ships will be arriving from the Black Sea Fleet, to prepare for their arrival we are to liase with the relevant authorities operating on the coasts of Lushansk, Suriname and Novyy Krasivaya to establish a zone of control from which to operate from. This is being treated as a humanitarian operation, but given the high risk, the decision to deploy all military forces originally dispatched has been upheld, in order to deter any foolish action.
May the winds speed you from the Canaries.
Black Sea Fleet hospital ships are to be transferred to the Baltic Fleet, currently in the mid-Atlantic. We do not anticipate any trouble until arrival, but take all usual precautions. Please take the opportunity en route to ensure the Red Cross is clearly visible from the air and the Night to Icy Dawn is recognisable at distance.
