Number of other humanitarian personnel you will send (and their occupations): 300-man "diplomatic remediation detachment". In actual fact, most of them are Commissariat operatives - while trained in genuine diplomacy and conflict mediation, they are nevertheless de-facto spies and black ops units. There's a few genuine diplomats scattered in there too, alongside various medical and security personnel - though these are primarily there to assist the core delegation.
Bias your troops might have (OOC): Not many, truth be told. This is a pretty run-of-the-mill assignment for the average UYDF serviceman, so all they'll really be likely to feel bias towards is anyone trying to make their job difficult.
Motive of YN'a government (answered OOcly): To keep the peace. More specifically, to prevent the region from being destabilized again. Yeglan foreign policy is focused on the maintenance of global stability, so the creation of flashpoints is best avoided - while not initially hostile to any party, anyone trying to incite further conflict without provocation, whatever their intent or allegiance may be, will quickly learn the UYDF's very special definition of "peace". Which mostly involves potential combatants being too dead to cause trouble.

Bias your troops might have (OOC): The Technate, as a general rule, is distrustful of outside powers and will be unwilling to cooperate with them. While not prone to racial bias, they also exhibit a paternalistic attitudes towards people who are not part of the Technate, holding that they must be shown the way forward by their more enlightened kin.
Motive of YN'a government (answered OOcly): The Technate controls territory bordering the south of the Congo region, and as such has an interest in the area. Its objective is to provide support for the Congolese people and convince them that the Technate's ideals present a superior mode of governance and society, one that can prevent the horrors that have previously plagued the region. It also seeks to prevent other foreign powers from exerting undue influence over the region, particularly those of an imperialistic or neo-colonialist bent.

Bias your troops might have (OOC): While a majority of CAD is politically neutral, HPS believes it is there of its own accord and despises the prospect of United Nations interference, believing them to be a highly corrupt instigator from the political crises during the 2020s and 2030s and will not work with peacekeeping efforts. In addition, most of the general employees of CAD generally disapprove of the political shifts in the UK and the new British prime minister, and HPS has political reasons to be against Pakistani interests and involvement in the country due to the Islamic fundamentalism within the country and its links to the PRC and Chinese influence, who HPS believes is a competitive, business, and military and strategic threat to the company in its entirety.

Dove Mercy- bringing first-world medical technology and treatment
