In addition, the Exodian government is no longer on speaking terms with the new British MP despite naming the nation as allies, and is also generally against activity in the region that does not come from itself, its own allies, stable Western nations, or any NGOs, particularly Pakistani and Chinese influence (who are considered threats to Exodian interests), as well as Cuban military intervention (albeit the latter is admittedly unlikely).

I understand my g but I never mentioned anything about Indian troops passing through Zambia or otherwise controlling it/using its resources. I've flown in all of my troops (minus the coastal contingent, which arrived by ship) into the Congo thus far. My post was partially about negotiating a potential deal that allows me to ship in troops and materiel via your territory in return for some concession that I could make. As I'm placing the ultranationalist Hindu wing of the BJP in power ITTL, New Delhi probably wouldn't shy away from using a stick as well as a carrot (especially considering its size and probable superpower status).

Ah ok. I thought that might be the case, but wasn't sure due to the way you referred to Zambia, as the Technate is much more than just Zambia.
