Following the rather large dogpile of forces that have dropped on it since, Strategic Analysis has become more confident of an Octavian loss, and have decided to commit a major force concentration both to avoid losing face on the galactic scene and as a means to test out new weapon systems against a peer opponent.

What is your tech level?: Qhevak's current level is high Hard-FT, with (aside from FTL/FTLi) nothing blatantly physics violating, but with very optimized and efficient pulsed fusion power and propulsion, ultra-relativistic electron beam weapons, nuke pumped relativistic kinetic weapons, superintelligent AI and hiveminds and mature molecular nanotechnology. R&D is starting to push into more exotic regions but has not yet weaponized any weirder exploits.

I should have my first post up soon, also to be more fair, initially I will only be using elements of my Reserveflotte in offensive actions, these being vessels which were either laid down as prototypes for future designs or which are outdated compared to current generations of warships. For defensive actions I reserve the right to use my best units.

This being because after examination, my military is superior to Octavia in terms of quality if not quantity.

Will your nation be allied with Octavia?: At present, no. They're currently going to be a neutral party to the Ascension War. On the whole, humanity is still getting back on their feet after discovering they've been flung several centuries into the future via a ruptured transwarp rift. It's possible they may swing either way, although Onyx Inc. has a vested interest in keeping close with the Autobots so it's more likely they'll end up opposing Octavia if pressed enough.

What is your nation's goal in dealing with Octavian expansion?: They may try to take advantage of the conflict, although it's not really possible for them to compete with the ISO and the Guild for obvious reasons. Therefore, out of IC and OOC necessity, they'd be focusing on other matters - probably more-so advancing their own technologies and protecting humanity than anything else.

What is your tech level?: Schizotech i.e., anywhere around MT to FT.

Additional information (put N/A if you have nothing): I need to flesh out stuff more but I can work on that as I go along. Will have zero input on the conflict initially, and will want to be left alone above all else. Their approach to this may be somewhat eccentric, however.

Additional information: The GAU has yet to get a hang of the finer points of interdimensional travel. As such, their MO will be to barge in near a completely arbitrary gravity well, throw out a Lagrange fortress or two, and then squat there angrily until they can get a proper handle on the hole they came through and close it again. At this point, they'll actually begin to look around and determine whether or not there's anything useful in the vicinity, and whether or not there's any point to sticking around in this reality at all.
