Has the city of Strasbourg been taken over by the rebels yet? I need to know, as both decisions on whether it is taken or not will change the course of my RP.

When we do make a map, can Vyleria occupy the nations of Spain & Portugal on the border of Nova Roma? I will march my troops over the border once plans are finalized with Rebel leader.
