Would be a good idea to have my guys give the current intel on it, seeing as they've compiled quite a bit on what's happened and how. Would have deduced that they got outside help since I'm fairly sure guided missiles are about 100 years too new-hat for Welzat, could even chalk it up to the dudes they fought in the police station (Since they had RPG's, Kalashnikov's and Dragunovs, wouldn't be much of a stretch to say they had a Fagot or a Metis or a Malyutka) and they'd help disseminate the info to the other dudes with us right now.

Sorry for my own lateness in adding our OP. It's mostly done, but things have kinda gotten busy again lately so I've not even looked at NS the past few days. I will get it done tonight for sure, better or worse, and work along the new timeskip after that.

Deployment size: 49 Total:
Team A- Security and Training attache. 10 personnel from the Gendarmerie, five from the Disorder Resolution Unit, and five from the National Guard.
Team B- Military Medical attache. Six man military surgical trauma unit, five combat medics and a junior medical officer.
Team C- Civilian Medical attache: two civilian anaesthetists, a dentist and dental assistant, an optician and assistant, a otolaryngologist and assistant, two physiologists, two mental health nurses, a psychologist, and four general physicians.

Name of Deployment: Reassuring Presence

Equipment: All non-civilian personnel are equipped with a handgun as a PDW, whilst Team A further carries a GPMG, two shotguns, two RCGL-LEs (Railache Conventional Grenade Launcher- Law Enforcement), and 14 Carbines. Some tear gas, GX43, Citribide, and pepper spray has been delivered for training purposes and more can be procured if desired by Welzat.

The medical teams have brought the basics of the medical equipment they will need.

Leaders of Deployment: Team A's Leader: Captain Layla Smith of the Gendarmerie. Team B's Leader Dr Michael McGares. Team C's Leader Dr Michelle O'Briar

What do you hope to accomplish with Deployment?: Though the military personnel are equipped for self-defence, each team is to be sent to Welzat for training and advisory purposes. Team A is to be helping to assist with police training, any specialist law enforcement, military personnel undergoing public order training, and to help share doctrine and tactics.
Team B will be primarily involved with medically assisting Welzat nationals and allied forces, though where not being used, has a secondary training purpose.
Team C is civilian and aims to be helping relevant Welzat medical authorities for the duration of the conflict and potentially for a while after the military teams return home if this is deemed appropriate by Welzat and Railache following the end of the conflict. Overall intentions are to improve regional stability, secure additional training, experience, and knowledge for Railache personnel, provide humanitarian assistance, and to ideally improve relations with the Principality of Welzat.

Notes:
Railache authorities respectfully request their respective counterparts that accommodation and provisions such as food and water are provided for the three teams. They further request that such medical supplies and facilities needed by Team B and C as are needed might be provided by Welzat. Conditional compensation of either party for such assistance provided may be negotiated but is not a pre-requisite for any agreement.

Further RP Proposal
For RP purposes I was thinking of maybe having three persons with separate objectives (though not overall escalation, and fairly), to assist the WAF. I can further flesh them out but the basics were: A politically edgy university student, with not much real-life experience who admires such persons as Guvera, and fancies himself a revolutionary. He'll try and make it to join the WAF, though has no experience.
A university drop out who desperately wants to become a proper journalist, she'll try and make her way to Welzat, and wants to report first hand, securing quotes, testimonies, photos, and footage of the conflict.
Finally a criminally minded opportunist, who has strong anti-establishment feelings. He'll either try and strike out on his own in the relatively chaotic Welzat to make some money selling drugs and the like, and could potentially end up joining or assisting the WAF.

I would RP these fairly and realistically alongside the other teams!
