I'd just like to point out that Reinkalistan is located in the Caucasus, and the communists currently control the eastern side of the country. Meaning you'd have no actual way of doing anything there navy-wise, unless you somehow have access to the Caspian sea. The entire western coast is under the Entente's control at present.
