Chen Fang Hai , 57 years old was one of the first officers in the soviet union to proclaim his support to the coup d'état that created the Hobbes Dystopia. However his deep allegiance to trotskysm created some tension between him and the new High command, so he was, unfortunately, sidelined from the new regime's political and military structure. But now, hearing the news coming from Lusatinia, he has made a comeback, assuming the lead of the Red Nebula Battalion along with a young,energetic officer from the ex-NKVD, Eugenio Al-Azur.

Proclamation From The Unified Command of Anti-Fascist Militias

To all of our brethren and sisters, our comrades from all around the world !

At the end of January 2020, a coalition of groups representing multiple ideological factions of the radical left of the United States of Lusatinia decided to change the court of history. After months of intense and violent discussions, they founded an organization dedicated to overthrow the current government and radically change the current political, economical, social and cultural system in place in the country. The Unified Command of Anti-Fascist Militias (UCAFM) was born.
During three months, the main efforts of our organization and our militants was concentrated around the construction of a powerful military apparatus capable to confront, both militarily and politically, the federal government and the armed forces of the United States of Lusatinia. It is still too early to be able to say whether victory is within reach. On the other hand, the objective that the UCAFM set for its foundation has been achieved. The military apparatus exists, even if its to early to tell if it is an effective tool. Only the test of combat will tell us if it is the case.
To avoid any surprise, to continue to build on this momentum, to honor the incredible support that our organization gathered during this three month, we decided to change the course of our effort from the strict military perspective towards a more political approach to the problems than we could meet after the November 2020 presidential election.
For an organization like ours, refocusing its strategic and political priorities is challenging. Our clandestine structures cannot so easily change their goals overnight.
To be honest, this is not our goal. We believe that we must continue to strengthen the military apparatus at our disposal. But it must be better integrated into the initiatives of the masses as much as it must be based on broad popular support. Because in the end, history has shown us so many times that it is the masses who make history. Only they can decide the victorious outcome or not of the fight that we are about to lead.
The reorientation that we are operating will rely on our political structures more than on our military apparatus. The Shadow Directorate as well as the satellite structures initiated by our organization will be the main tools of this second phase, like the Revolutionary Youth Alliance or the International Red Aid Organization.
Essentially, it is for us to give ourselves the means to neutralize, at all levels, all the political, military, cultural, social or religious means that our enemy is or will be able to put in the way of our market.
In other words, it is a question of preparing for the neutralization of the political forces which could oppose us, whether it is the federal government like other forces and public or private actors. It will also be a question of laying the foundations for contingency plans in the face of the possibility that, despite our efforts, our level of preparation and the determination of our militants, a quick victory would not be possible. Equipment, financial means and human resources must be available to deal with such an eventuality.
Finally, if our organization can be satisfied with its clandestine nature, the goal which is ours only makes such a situation an interlude, a moment in our history. The moment to appear in full view of everyone, including our enemies, is not that far away. Such a transition from shadows to light must not only be anticipated, it must be carefully prepared and planned.
The road remains long towards victory. Nothing, however, can stop the march of history.

OCC Communication about this RP

Following a covid hospitalization, I had to abandon my RP project, its recruiting threads, and more broadly Nationstates. The plot broke down, for lack of my involvement, also because i could not answer to telegrams and requests.
After a month of battling the virus in an ICU service, I'm back. However, I don't have the energy to relaunch the RP where I left off.
I'm working on doing a reboot. Beforehand, I will make several changes to the starting settings because I want the reboot to start on new bases. Especially, i will let some build up intervene before starting everything.

Several reasons motivates me.
Nanban-Ha can no longer be an underground resistance movement of Lusatinia, it has become the Soviet Union of Nanban-Ha, my main nation on NS. For its part, Lusatinia gives way to the Tetrarchy of Arkanyia, a tripartite alliance that brings together the Confederation Of Lusatinia (a Confederate version of the United States of America), the Federación de Advocatus del Cristo-Rey Of Mesoana (an equivalent of America Latin dominated by a conservative and reactionary Catholic theocracy) and the Imperskaya Federativnaya Respublika Of Chorussia (an imperial republic that symbolize the evolution of imperial Russia from before 1917 to a form of modern political regime).
As change are intervening at the level of the main protagonists, it means that the military and paramilitary structures at the heart of this RP must also be transformed.
In order to reflect these changes, especially since it is now a military confrontation between two nations and no longer an insurgency against a political regime, I will insist on the difference between military and paramilitary.
But the main reason behind the first RP attempt will still stay a point of focus. It means that I am still very interested in the process that precedes the confrontation. Many RP about insurrections, uprising, state coup and so on, have a tendency to start when everything break loose. The idea is to keep the question of the conflicting nature of the war open, to delay it if need be. And at the same time, to try to play around the divisions and the antagonisms not only between the different political sides but also on each side. Other elements or factors may come to enrich and extend the narrative frame if necessary as it develops, but everybody know already what is at stake.
Overall, each side will follow the same strategy: mobilize, train and equip foreign volunteers. The choice will be left to those who wish to participate if they want to do so in a paramilitary form, via militias, or in a purely military way, with a contingent of soldiers. In both cases, these volunteers will be integrated into the armed forces of each camp. But the distinction between militias and regular troops will persist.
On the paramilitary side of things, I am going to take up what I have already done within the frame of the RP project with Lusatinia. The Unified Command of Anti-Fascists Militias gives way to the Populärt och Antifascistiskt Milisekommando (PAMK or Popular & Anti-Fascist Militias Command). The ones you have done in the past will not be taken into account, in order to avoid metagaming on my part.] Similarly, the Unified Command of Christian and Patriot Militias will be rebooted. On the military side, each side will be endowed with a specific corps of troops supposed to reflect their political orientation. For the Tetrarchy of Arkanyia, it will be the Death Corps. For Nanban-Ha, it will be the International Brigades.
