Honestly, I think if you revealed that you had advanced AIs in what Command Prime would call "enslavement", it would harm relations with the KL-22 more than help them, lol. That said, though, if you were to call it "emancipation"...

AI, that's always a slippery slope. So far my ships haven't determined that they are meeting with Synthetics. Not outright heresy, but they haven't actually encountered an entirely Synthetic race at any point in their history (about 12 irl years rping them). That being said, they have their own AI as well as an AI analog which may be viewed differently by other societies. To make a very long story short, they have come a VERY long way as a nation since I first started playing them. That said, relics of the old days always will remain.

And then Greater Catarapania seems to be claiming to be from the "SOLSYSTEM" not sure if its the same Sol System, or a different one. Only time will tell for sure.

Greater Catarapania is from Mercury. And if factbooks are to be trusted, the Confederacy is from Earth also.

I'm going to do a post about the Igneon and Brileon constructing the portal to one of the Mind Empire frontier systems in my next post. My diplomats are sticking around, specifically HuBart since the Sages will determine he is the best agent to stay on the ground in system as Nuncio. If the Catarapania party wants to make contact with us they may do so (since it sounds like they are curious).

Also if the KL-22 have anything they want to do with the portal please let me know. When it is complete the "Missionary Team" of advanced AI will be heading in system next to assist the Directorate with their goals.

The message indicated that they were comprised largely of metallic elements, though it still would not have been untenable to assume they were biological. And yeah, good to see new faces! Just hope I can actually get a post up, heheh.
