I am planning to flesh out Saint Andre more in upcoming factbooks. But what you need to know so far is that it is a developing nation on an island that is not larger than Cyprus. It's military also uses outdated equipment, mostly 1950s-1970s french-based weaponry (as it is a former French colony).

Head of Government equivalent: Chairman Trevor Obelanka (The Cardwith Islands)
Foreign Minister equivalent: Currently the position of Commissar of Socialist Unity is vacant, but we hope to have one in place soon.
Commissar of Revolutionary Action Henry Perkins (Vionna-Frankenlisch) will be in charge of all ISVC ops in St. Andre, though.
Intentions in the roleplay: The ISVC, the military/interventionist wing of the ISC, plans to send in a CAIF (Corps Advisory Implementation Force) which will assess further action. They will advise the most viable leftist faction in order to take over the nation and create a new ally in the region and member state of the ISC.
