Uprising in Northern Wolfengarden

((Here we go, introducing Wolfengarden! Forgive a possible unusual RP style, I have honed my skills on an app off of MySpace.....))

Alpha Warlord's Palace, Central Wolfengarden

The click-clack of boots sounds through the stone halls, rebounding off the walls with a great echoing effect. Black leather boots belonging to General Lev Tarasov make their way for his Alpha Warlord's quarters, in the center of the palace. Alpha Wolf Pack troopers stand guard here and there inside the palace, the majority outside patrolling the grounds and city. General Tarasov has his blinders on, mentally of course, and he continually ignores the saluting the AWP troopers that beat their fists to their chests as he passes. No time for delay.

He reaches the Alpha Warlord's private rooms quickly, strolling in right past the private guard at the door. The Alpha Warlord is sitting in a kind of chaise lounge chair on a balcony overlooking the capitol city of Grigsby. The Warlord doesn't stir at the sound of boots coming towards him. Only his voice stops Tarasov.

"I take it this informal meeting is because of some sort of civil unrest?" the Warlord inquires. Tarasov marveled at the Warlord's ability read his mind.

"That is the truth, my Lord. Northern Wolfengarden seems to be unable to contain a militia led by some third cousin of your old nemesis. They have taken an arms manufacturing plant and are marching for Lynchburg. They will be able to cut off Northern Wolfengarden's direct road to Grigsby. We need to take action before they have a knife at our side." Tarasov explains. The Warlord waits barely a second before issuing his orders.

"I want you to take anything you need to crush that militia. The Alpha Wolfpack is at your disposal, General." Tarasov takes these words with delight, and turns around, heading on his way to the AWP Base of Operation near Grigsby, plotting all the way.

I do believe we have this under control for the most part, and the worst case scenario would be our needing of help retaking our major city in Northern Wolfengarden. We are fighting against a militia that has raided an arms manufacturing plant, meaning they have the means to take out aerial support and armor on the ground with guided missiles and the sort.

We thank you for your offer, for we do not have a very extensive medical branch in our military that would be able to help in case of emergency. Formation of one is definitely next on our agenda.

Lynchburg, Northern Wolfengarden

The AWP is too late, and arrive to find the militia dug in to the large city. Helicopters are first on the scene, dropping Wolf Pack soldiers behind a wooded area to the south of the town. The choppers are not fast enough in leaving, and 2 are struck with missiles from within the city. Debris falls among the AWP troopers, but there are only minor injuries. They would have to take out a few missile launchers before they could get more choppers on the scene.

From the Northwest, the armor arrives, a column of tanks three wide and ten long shaking the edge of the city. The center line is made up of heavier tanks, and they are flanked by lighter tanks on each side. They are hidden from direct view of the city by a large amount of rubble that must be the result of the militia's taking of the city. They try and plot a new course, and get a good view of the two explosions in the air as the choppers were struck.

Encoded Message to the Ruivan Empire

Your choppers should swing around and come in low from the Northwest. Any other route may take you directly into enemy anti-air missile range. We should have the missiles down soon.

Tank Column, Northwest of Town

This area has become the unofficial base of operations, and General Tarasov is driven in from around the city. The tanks clear a place for any helicopters to land.

Troop Mass, South of Town

The AWP soldiers have moved from behind the tree line to the edge of town, where they are receiving and returning fire from a large shopping center, a few stories tall. The majority of the AWP have found their way into a string of alleys, where they move into several buildings. Once in place, they create covering fire to let their friends still on the edge of town move forward, behind a gas station. From there they have a perfect spot to mark the shopping center with a laser, and after a confirmation with the tank column and General Tarasov, the sound of mortars from the tanks are heard. The shopping center rumbles and falls as it is rocked with multiple volleys from the tanks. The AWP soldiers move onward, taking the rubble as a new point to gather at and plan their next move.

35 Miles East of Lynchburg, Northern Wolfengarden

A trio of Xanthiri Warriors share a tree where their bodies allow themselves to be unseen. Having been sent to the Wolfengarded Arms Co. to look over their supplies, the three warriors didn't have much in the way of weapons and would rely on what they could get done. Their primary concern was to get out of the area and find transport back to Nuxipal, the closest Xanthiri Republic.

They move swiftly towards the nearest government controlled base only leaving the cover of foliage when absolutely required. They arrive in the AWP camp at nightfall and their leader, a member of the D'ath family, speaks for them once they reach the sentries at the edge of the camp.

"Hello, I am Lexa D'ath second daughter of Lady D'ath. Apparently we were dropped off at the wrong time.. seems civil war has come to your lands? Anyway, we would like to speak to your commanding officer."

12 Ruivan transport copters lifted off from Coruscants Major military airbase carrying 30 Ruivan Enginners to help build the first aid camp in Wolfengarden. these choppers headed the way they were supposed to go and soon they would be near the front line to set up the camp. once the camp was built 300 medical persenal would be airlifted in to run the camp.

The sentries, who had their weapons trained on the Xanthiri warriors for security reasons, spoke into their comms. Soon, they waved the Xanthiri through. A few troopers guided the Xanthiri to the tent in the middle of camp. Inside, General Tarasov and two other officers were talking. The guards introduced the Xanthiri and left. General Tarasov glared at the intruders with a questioning look.

"Who exactly are you? I don't mean to be rude, but we are trying to squash a rebellion here." His voice was bitter and harsh, as he has plenty on his plate.

AWP soldiers start to be carried in, or they limp in themselves. They follow the orders of the medical staff there, they went wherever they were told.

Rubble Pile, Southern Part of Town

The soldiers positioned at the pile split into 3 groups to tackle the three other reported sites with missile launchers. They move out quickly, all in different directions.

Lexa smiles to the General before speaking to him. Her two companions don't look worried about the weapons trained on them.

"I assure you General, the weapons are not needed as we are unarmed. We were initially here for a trade agreement between our government and a corporation within your borders. Our convoy was attacked and most of the corporate guards were killed.. others had been in on the rebellion. We got away into the trees at the first sound of weapons fire. As for introductions, I am Lexa D'ath, these are my siblings the male is Medai D'ath and the female is Esmay D'ath, we are all s'Lesir. I was hoping you would have a way to get us to the nearest Xanthiri Republic."

At first the tide was overwelming but as more and more Ruivan Medical staff was brought in things began to calm down for the medic camp continued to expand until it looked like a carnival attraction but much darker.

The General looks as if he were ignoring them, and keeps them waiting in silence for a few moments.

"I can have my men look into it. Do you have someone you can contact to pick you up? I can't spare any copters right now, so unless you want to take a bumpy ride over the countryside, I would see about obtaining help from your own people. I can have a man take you to the communications array."

North Squad

They pass through much of the town without any contact at all, then reach the Northernmost wall. Agitated at the lack of militia, one soldiers throws his helmet down. Bad move, as his head attracts enemy fire, gray matter splattering the ground. The AWP soldiers duck into a house and try and locate the sniper.

West Squad

They have the exact opposite trip, with heavy militia fire upon them at all times. They end up on the rooftops, where they have an advantage over militia emplacements in the streets. They find their missile launcher quickly, and it is easily taken out with a few well placed grenades lobbed onto the roof it is sitting upon. As it crashes through the new hole in the roof and the militia are running, the AWP troopers begin heading back to rendezvous with the other squads.

East Squad

They end up getting pinned down behind a few overturned sedans as they have run headlong into an enemy machine gun grouping. Four heavy machine guns are pounding away at the cars as the squad tries to call for assistance from the other squads.

North Squad

The sniper proves very sneaky and cannot be seen, but a few more shots come near the AWP troopers. They call for help, but they are second in priority.

West/East Squad

The squad from the west comes the save the eastern squad, their sudden presence on the roofs and rain of fire on the militia sending them fleeing, but not without being cut down immensely in size. The few stragglers that get away have been shown the error in their beliefs.

soon the First aid camp was full of wounded and the number coming continued to increase. as such the Ruivan Empire requests permission to expand the camp to accomadate more wounded.

Given that Wolfengarden is our neighbor to the north in our home region, we shall do whatever is needed to assist them in this. Our military is nothing much to speak of, so we cannot honestly say we can be of much help in that regard, but we can help by offering food and medical supplies to our neighbor, as well as offering our harbors for their naval and civilian ships that may need repair or sanctuary.

All AWP Squads

The sniper doesn't know what hits him as his hiding place and him and riddled full of bullets, the squad sent to help on the roofs tearing through the little shack on the building the sniper was in. They call to the North Squad over the communications and tell them they are free to continue. The house they hid in contained the last of the missile launchers, and with a small amount of C4 they were done.

Lynchburg

The tanks gear up for movement and begin their small journey around the rubble pile. Helicopters are now free to ride in, dropping off new soldiers and picking up the squad in the North before the militia's reinforcements arrive to overwhelm them. Small RPG fire rockets past the helicopters, but they are wasted ammo as all but one misses, and the one that hit happened to be a dud that did no more than scratch the paint. The tanks find their way around the rubble and head into the city, taking down all militia they meet rather easily. They find themselves blocked off when the road falls out from beneath the tanks in front and they are trapped in a rut in the only road big enough for tanks in Lynchburg.

"Those pigdogs!" General Tarasov is beside himself about the tanks. He orders them back as he calls for more attack copters for aerial support. He kicks over a stool in his rage. "Tell the Ruivans they can expand all they need, and move anything in their way for them."

Message to Huppites

We thank you for your assistance. A warning to you, any people calling themselves refugees that may try and flee into your country are militia and are enemies of the state. We would just like to maintain a tight blockade, and to know that any disguised militia will be detained upon entering your territory. We may give chase to a few ships, which may bring us into your waters.

With the ok the camp continued to expand and soon parts of it coud be just on the front lines were troops could be brought in more quickly.

more doctors and nurses were airlifted from the Empire today and began their flight to Wolfengarden. they entered the airspace and woud soon be at the main camp.

the Estruian government, still bitter towards the wolfengarden government, has decided to reach out to the rebels in wolfengarden, offering them assistance, both militarily and monetarily, three armored divisions( 1,200 Zulenkhov MBT's each),twelve Umanynsk Mech battalions(150 in each), eight flights of Punx Inter-Atmospheric Air Superiority Fighters(3 fighters each) and two full army groups(40,000 infantry each) are put on full alert, ready for deployment as soon as a response is received from the rebels.

General Tarasov calls in reinforcements when his intel officer comes and reports the Alicante group coming in to help the rebels. The army is called in to back-up the AWP troopers. 45000 infantry, 2000 more Kane Medium Tanks, 2,000 Decimator Heavy Tanks, and 14 squadrons of AF-17s(5 in each) all are called in, while the rest of the military goes on high alert. AA batteries are activated, missile launchers preparing to combat any enemy aircraft, while large artillery all across Wolfengarden is also prepped. The Navy is out on the water, also ready for anti-air and artillery-based actions.

Lynchburg

The fight thins out as the AWP troopers find a place to hunker down and fend off the militia. The militia numbers at nearly 3000 while the AWP came in with only 1200. The AWP has now gone down to 1147, while the militia is sitting around 2350. The militia is poorly trained, and are constantly charing the AWP positions, forcing that number down more and more. Copters finish dropping off troops and continue their assault, taking turns as a few go back for rearmament and refuel. Makeshift bridges are almost finished over the holes in the road, and the tanks are just about to move into the city.
