Prelude to War - Beringian Naval Transport missing [MT-Open]

Me and my cabinet have contemplated the past actions of the Old Beringian government in the past couple of weeks and have held a special election to the public for our course of action. It is by these means which I announce a state of war between the People's Republic of Pivovarsky and the Empire of Old Beringia, on the ground of the unlawful kindapping and deportation of Tastifanian natives with no connection with the Old Beringian government.

This illegal interaction falls under Code 6042 of the Southern Hemispheric Treaty, the illegal movement, hostility or harm to an autonomous indigenous community. This is mutual with mine and the Secretary of Defenses decision to deploy the Special Operations and Response Command elite to the coast of Old Beringia to aid the Tastifanians in their defense of their reservations. The Pivovarskian Air Cavalry, and certain other forces will be deployed in an undisclosed amount of time.

This act has been authorized by the Pivovarskian Congress, sanctioned by the Souther Hemispheric Treary and passed in open election by the Pivovarskian populace.

"Missile free." Four Stinger missiles launched from Phan's Apache, one impacting right on a F-35 fighter. "This is Alpha-Jupiter, we have F-35's on our tail."

Our Nation will not stand for this unjustified aggression against our cities. We have provided for the Tastifanians since the dawn of the modern age and were repayed with mindless violence. Any citizens of Pivovarsky or their descendants within the borders of the Empire of Old Beringia will be removed from their homes and relocated to a designated area where they will remain until peace is achieved between our nations. With that being said I and the Exalted Dux Ducis I have decided to declare a state of war upon the People's Republic of Pivovarsky. We will not falter in the defense of our skies, seas, or land against your nation.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM THE GIBETAN WAR MINISTERY

SUBJECT: DECLARATION OF WAR ON PIVOVARSKY

The nation of Gibet will not stand for the attacks of OlD Berengia's cities. The nation of Pivovarsky will stop these attacks emmediately or suffer the consequences. Gibet will send seven squads of volunteer pilots to Old Berengia to assist in the air-defence of their nation. These will only be followed by more pilots and more soldiers. We will not allow Old Berengia to be attacked by the forces of Pivovarsky. As the Old Berengian government all ready knows, we have a squad of our best pilots already stationed there and they are under orders to assist in the defence of your cities where-ever they are needed.
