The pirate ship attempts to evade them and 2 missiles are fired from the naval ship
“We are in battle Robert!” Cries the Captain.
Eventually the Navy ship gets close enough to the pirate ship to board and the Captain(lead by two Ensigns and their men) board the ship with machine guns

The more influential pirates and sit up discuss whether or not to surrender.
A number of children and people in their early to mid-teens surrender.

But 5 men open fire and the Navy return fire killing three and wounding two.

The two are taken on board,
The pirates surrender and two victims are freed along with 2 barrels of oil.

The Captain allows the Navy to take the barrels and the pirates’ guns as their rewards
but orders that a fifth goes to the Queen on behalf of Allah and The Messenger.

The two wounded men are taken to the ships’ doctor and the prisons are taken to the cells onboard ship,
The children separated from the adults.

“Did you see us fight at all, Robert?” Asks the Captain.

Staff Officer Vince D. Lagare and his interpreter, Edward James Cross stood together by the doors of the training complex. Their stated mission was to develop the Azadistanian recruits but they were really only there to get the Quebecois leadership accustomed to the foreign environment.

J. Cross spoke little of the Azadistanian language, but was a fast learner, or so the National Assembly thought. They awaited patiently for the arrival of the new recruits to make formal introductions. The two were just as green as they.

OOC: there is no such language as Azadistani,

25(of whom ten wanted to join the Naval Police) volunteers per order of both genders as well as 250 sailors of both genders
and 90 people who aspired to be Naval Police enlisted personnel of both genders.

Lagare raised his hand in salutation, then motioned for the aspirant-policemen to fall out and form a new line by the opposite block. As they moved, he spoke in English, with a heavy French accent.

"I welcome you to my training. In-turn, I hope you welcome me to Azadistan. From Quebec, I bring you strict doctrine, discipline, and military professionalism."

J. Cross waited a moment to see if anyone in the crowd of cadets needed a translation.

None of the cadets needed a translation because one of them(a female aspiring Naval Police Commissioned Officer) had translated what he said into Arabic to the other 99 aspiring police personnel.

Robert Fenwick had been dabbing and had accidentally stared at the sun for too long in the process, so he had not seen the battle and was now in the sick bay awaiting treatment for his eyes.

Robert Fenwick and Sasha Daniels are both called to military ethics&law class.
Robert Fenwick has also been given a written warning for laziness after failing to pay attention during ship-based training.

As the supervisor finishes his question, Staff Officer Lagare kicks down the door and wobbles into the classroom.

"Sorry I am late, kiddos. Oh what would you do without me."

He walked past the supervisor and sat on the front desk, throwing his carrier bag onto the professors desk.

"And what are we covering today, class?"

“Relax, the most you are likely to get if you cooperate is a fine and a suspension but you are under arrest for 2nd degree petty dereliction of duty.
You have the right to remain silent and to legal representation,
