While reading about the Azadistani navy in private, Robert Fenwick laughs at the idea of a "women's ship". He later boards the Al-Maryam.

Captain Muhammad Hussein says “Salaam Robert Fenwick”, the ship’s doctor offers him some (OOC:post-modern tech) preventative medication for the radiation and the ship sets sail.

The Captain, a 45 year old decorated Arab Sayyid and the son of an Admiral, says to him “your training will be ship based for some days now but you will get shore leave, instruction in the finer points of Military theory and reading material(both fiction and non-fiction).

The ship sails to the Gulf of Aqaba, it detects in unusual maritime activity
and sails towards another ship.

Eventually the Navy ship gets close enough to the pirate ship to board and the Captain(lead by two Ensigns and their men) board the ship with machine guns

“Show us any kidnapped men or stolen goods and surrender.
We may stop you from the harshest punishment.”

The pirate ship attempts to evade them and 2 missiles are fired from the naval ship

Eventually the Navy ship gets close enough to the pirate ship to board and the Captain(lead by two Ensigns and their men) board the ship with machine guns

The more influential pirates and sit up discuss whether or not to surrender.
A number of children and people in their early to mid-teens surrender.

But 5 men open fire and the Navy return fire killing three and wounding two.

The two are taken on board,
The pirates surrender and two victims are freed along with 2 barrels of oil.

The Captain allows the Navy to take the barrels and the pirates’ guns as their rewards
but orders that a fifth goes to the Queen on behalf of Allah and The Messenger.

The two wounded men are taken to the ships’ doctor and the prisons are taken to the cells onboard ship,
The children separated from the adults.

“Did you see us fight at all, Robert?” Asks the Captain.

None of the cadets needed a translation because one of them(a female aspiring Naval Police Commissioned Officer) had translated what he said into Arabic to the other 99 aspiring police personnel.

He walked past the supervisor and sat on the front desk, throwing his carrier bag onto the professors desk.

“Today you should probably teach close quarters combat.”
