Ladonka Conference Center
Thursday, October 31st, 2019

The delegation of Soracana Islands was arrived at Ladonka, South East United a day before to prepare for their attendance in the summit that propose by President Bensuria Agamea. It was quite astonishing that the President has asked Soracana Islands to attend the summit as the nation is not considered as a regional power. Although the invitation was very well receive by Co-Regent Basubala Anggarjahia. It is likely that because the nation is one of its main trading partner that the invitation came in the first place.

In the morning of October 31st, the Summit organizer picked up Soracana Islands delegations at their hotel and escorted them to the Ladonka Conference Center where the Summit is being held. The delegations is lead by Mrs. Hayaning Nilambayag, Minister of Foreign Affairs Kingdom of Soracana Islands. Together with the Minister are Mr. Jandibala Basugundi (Minister of Defense), Mrs. Kurimila Rancapatak (Minister of Finance and Economy), Mrs. Iktakamna Bansora (Minister of Trade and Industry) and some of their Deputy Ministers. The delegations are the second to arrive at the venue. They meet with the delegations from Eraman which already arrived.

After several minutes, the organizers asked the delegations to enter the conference room as the Summit will be open. Soracana Islands delegations are seated next to Delegation of Eraman. One by one delegations entering the conference room. Aside from Soracana Islands and Eraman, other delegations that invited to the Summit are comes from Hundredstar, Ziwana, Greater Cebu, Samudera Darussalam, Tolol and of course the host, South East United. The South East United delegations took the head table as they will lead the whole Summit. After all the delegations has been seated, SEU President take his position and officially open the Summit.

A GACO AC-746A Diamond belongs to Hundredstar Air Force just arrive, Hundredstar delegation lead by Minister Markus Longcorn, Minister of International Development & Industrial Strategies of Hundredstar, and also join him was a Deputy Minister of Defense, a lovely Ms. Dane Junior, another charming lady, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affair, Ms. Maria Royalpools and Deputy Minister of Trade, Technologies & Mining, Mr. Walker Yake.

Although the plan was Foreign Minister will take a lead, Prime Minister Baygents feels that the Ministry of International Development & Industrial Strategies is a proper entity for Hundredstar regional engagement. Even though, Minister Langcorn itself was a former Deputy Foreign Minister and have a huge connection with the regional leader and head of government.

The Ladonka Summit will be a perfect platform for addressing any proposal and suggestions for taking these communities advancing in the new era.

Minister Longcorn take a seat behind Eraman and Soracana Islands delegation, he has met personally with Tun Sengalang Petara, Bendahara of Eraman in numerous events, he also has met Mrs. Hayaning Nilambayag, Minister of Foreign Affairs Kingdom of Soracana Islands while introducing Hundredstar envoy to Soracana Islands, Ambassador Hamilton Whitely while still a Deputy Foreign Minister.

Ziwani Prime Minister Paul Nyasulu

Today 31st October 2019 Ziwani Prime Minister Paul Nyasulu arrived safely in the South East United Capital, Ladonka for the Ladonka Summit. The Ladonka Summit is being held to discuss the idea of regional integration in an effort to preserve peace in the Melayu Archipelago region and the formation of a common market to booster the economies of Melayu nations. The Premier is travelling with a delegation that includes; Royal Ziwana Navy Commander Admiral Walid Falah, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Jabulani Maduka and Minister of Industry, Trade and Tourism Nathan Gwaza.

In an interview done before the Ziwani delegation left Dziwana International Airport for the Ladonka Summit, Prime Minister Paul Nyasulu addressed the press on what Ziwana hoped to get out of the discussions. In the interview the Prime Minister outlined the following on what he hoped Ziwana would get out of the summit;
  • Get the summit to recognize the South East United's neutrality
  • Discuss plans for a Ziwani Naval Base in South East United
  • Finalize trade deal with South East United
  • Discuss possibility of a trade deal between the Ziwana and Soracana Islands
  • A common market with one currency for easy trade
  • Free movement of goods and labour with no barriers

  • Get investors to invest in Ziwani industries and tourism sector
The summit is going to be the first international summit Ziwana is going to be attending after breaking its long time isolationist policy. The isolationist policy stemmed out of fear of eroding Ziwani culture by interacting with other cultures. Every imperial citizen of the Ziwana Federation look on this new chapter and they all hope that the Prime Minister and the delegation will represent the Ziwani people.

Ladonka Conference Center, Ladonka
South East United
Thursday, October 31 2019

As one of the nations located in Melayu Archipelago, Samudera Darussalam feels the need to make closer relationships with its regional neighbours. Various factions within the government in Bandar Raja have long supported a somewhat closer integration of the various nations in the region, so when the proposal for a summit in Ladonka was made public, the Crowned Republic immediately supported it and decided to participate by sending its delegations to the conference.

On October 31 2019, the delegations arrived at Ladonka after a somewhat long flight from Bandar Raja that is mostly caused by an approaching storm in the capital. The delegation is led by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Bambang Anugrah and is consisted of several government officials including the Minister of Economics and Trade Yusof Utama, Minister of Defence Aziz Dwi Kelana, Minister of Energy and Industry Lim Zhi Hao, and the Minister of Tourism Maria Young that represent various interests of the government. The Samuderan states of Gadang and Labuan and Cempaka were also participating on their own, although their delegations were part of the Samuderan delegation.

The delegations were seated near the delegations of Hundredstar.

"Thank you for allowing us to participate." Bambang Anugrah said as his fellow countrymen sat. "I agree whole-heartedly with the statement of the Premier of Cebu, as this is indeed a defining moment of the region where various nations sit together in a room to discuss matters of importance. Although we won't know how is the output of the conference going to be, we remain mostly optimistic that this is going to end well for us."

Back in the hotel Ziwani Prime Minister Paul Nyasulu was furious with how South East United had handled everything. In the first place the President shouldn't have been in charge of the summit if his son was not well and secondly the security at the summit has been atrocious, the Premier thought. Premier Nyasulu called in his Assistant and asked for a secure phone. he quickly dialed SEU's Vice President. "Hello Vice President Maria Lutvinski. How is the President doing?... Cancer is a terrible disease, its sad to see a young man gone too soon, however this is no reason to cancel the summit. The summit is very important to millions of Melayan citizens and it would be a pity to cancel the summit, why don't you preside over the summit or have your foreign minister do it?".......

Oumajish Prime Minister, Arya Wiguna was shocked due of the summit was postponed for a while. But, soon after that, Arya heard that the summit had been postponed because the sad news came from the SEU president, that his son that having diagnosed with cancer, finally had passed away,

For the first, Arya Wiguna seems to be angry due that he already make a preparation for a long time ago, his delegation feel didn't comfort with the condition, but because already heard the recent news, his emotion becamme bit relieved and felt sorry for the news.

Arya Wiguna and his delegation send the condolence for SEU president because of his loss and accepting the loss positively.

The news and sudden collapse of the SEU president shocked the previously joyous atmosphere, like a rocked tossed into a calm water.

For a moment, the Samuderan delegation was too shocked to say anything, though on impulse they stood and almost rushed to the scene where the SEU president fell before their Minister of Foreign Affairs told the attendants to be calm.
From the corners of his eyes, Samuderan Minister of Foreign Affairs Bambang Anugrah could make out the shape of his Eurasian colleague Maria Young, who fell back on her seat and muttering not-so inaudibly, "Jesus".

Well, it was a chaotic start. Though he could feel that his mind is still numb from processing the recent event, the Samuderan Minister of Foreign Affairs sat back down on his seat. He didn't jinx the event with his speech did he? The man swept his gaze at some of his fellow delegations from Hundredstar and Tolol, and he could feel either confusion or anger emanating from them. Bambang himself could only feel pity for the SEU president, since it must be devastating for him to hear the news. Though, in a small corner of his heart, he wondered whether he should feel angry at the cancellation of the summit. After all, the distance he went there from his native country is not really close.

Bambang exchanged glances with some of his colleagues, before he and the rest of the delegation decided to send their condolences to the SEU president and his family.

Ziwana Prime Minister Addressing the Ladonka Summit

Postby Ziwana » Mon Nov 04, 2019 7:17 am

Good morning to all heads states, ministers and distinguished guests invited to South East United,

I would like to first thank the South East United government on hosting the Ladonka Summit. The idea of the summit has come due to need for more interaction between our nations and I hope this summit brings all Melayu nations together. But how do we achieve this togetherness? We can do this by forming a regional organisation that will foster human rights, free trade, free movement of labour and spread liberal democratic ideas which I believe will stop the region from going to war. I propose the forming of a Melayu League, a Melayu Economic Community, an Association of Melayu Archipelago Nations.

Ladonka International Conference

Minister of International Development & Industrial Strategies, Minister Markus Longcorn feel a great honor to be at the First of Ladonka Summit, he brings the Hundredstar hope and vision to see this region and communities flourish and advancing to the new era.

"Mr. Chairman, heads states, ministers and distinguished guests of Ladonka Summit."

"Hundredstar is ready to offer any help and support we can and assures you that we are with you to make all we plan, happened. We like to support the initiative and proposal proposed by Ziwani Prime Minister Paul Nyasulu about creating Melayu League, a Melayu Economic Community, and an Association of Melayu Archipelago Nations, which for us, it will give our nations a platform to do many things together."

"Like Michael Jordan, an American former professional basketball player and the principal owner of the Charlotte Hornets said; "Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence win championships." Our growth has been amazing. And AM is not only seen as important to the global economy and security structure, but also as a region that offers many opportunities."

"Mr. Chairman, heads states, ministers and distinguished guests of Ladonka Summit."

"Hundredstar, as a usual, we like to played an active role for making this initiatives and proposal reality, and determined to make AM the next horizon. We need to focus on community building and consensus, not individualism or the pursuit of selfish goals. Do not practice violence in the event of a confrontation. Simplicity, not extremism. Showing respect, not only to our friends, but also to our enemies because we know that disgust is not commendable. It seeks peace and builds security, rather than fueling the fires of strife and war."

"For that, we must thingking big and do more for our regional success

Thank You and god bless us."

Ladonka Conference Center

Hayaning Nilambayag looking thoroughly to the conference hall where all head states, chairman and ministers from Melayu Archipelago gather around murmuring the speech given by Ziwanian Prime Minister and Hundredstari Minister. There is a strange atmosphere in the Summit where the event has to be proceeds even with the unfortunate event that strike the host. But all the delegations understand that the Summit is important not just for each attendees but also for the whole region.

The minister gain her strength to speak her thoughts.

"Fellows Chairman, Head States, Ministers and distinguished guests.

First of all, we would like to say our condolence for the unfortunate situation happened in South East United. It is something inevitable and unpredictable. But as we understand the important of this Summit so we would like to thanking the Government of South East United for the continuation of the Summit.

Secondly, we appreciate the idea that Premier Nyasulu spoken earlier. We also understand that cooperation is a great deal to make the region more prosper and to connect each different nations into the same platform. But we like to underlining that every points that said earlier have to have an equal footing between large and small nations, between developed, developing and under developed nations in Melayu Archipelago. We understand that at some points we all need to compromise for all those idea to fruited.

Thirdly, we pointed out that there are 4 points that addressed by Premier Nyasulu earlier. To foster human rights, established free trade, established free movement of labor and spreading democratization throughout the region. And there are 3 organizations that the Premier proposed to create, Melayu League, Melayu Economic Community and Association of Melayu Archipelago Nations. We understand that each proposed organizations will deal with each idea that the Premier has stated before. All of which are truly important for the region. Although in my point of view, we need one super body to organize all the ideas while inside the super body there will be several departments for each specific issues such as economy, defense, laws and human rights and others.

Lastly, to begin with the establishment of the proposed organizations, we would like to ask in this forum. The base of the organization establishment. Is it will be a charter or just a treaty?

Thank you."

Paul Nyasulu: " The order of precedence has been ignored in selecting Liam Lee as the interim president, The Vice President or House Speaker should be the ones appointed as interim president until the President is fit. The act of appointing Honorable Lee is an unconstitutional act and I as Prime Minister of Ziwana denounce the newly appointed Interim President and call for the SEU government to follow their law. Failure to do saw will imply that SEU can no longer govern itself and the summit is in danger which will force the Ziwani government to take action.

"Mr. Nyausulu. I must tell you that according to Ladonka'45 Constitution states that Mr. Lee here is lawfully legal Interim President, Interim President can be picked by President or fell into Vice President. Former President has picked Minister Lee as Interim President. If Ziwana has concern about his capabilities, I assure you that he is better than Vice President herself." Soracana Islands delegations frowned with the sudden escalate tension between Ziwanian and SEU delegations. It is something that unpredictable to happen during this situation. As the head of delegation, Hayaning Nilambayag step ahead and try to calm the situation.

"My fellows delegations,

I believe that the situation is not quite right at the moment. We just hear the devastating news that struck South East United as the host and they deliberately able to convince all of us that the summit will be continue as schedule even with the current situation.

I understand with the concern arise by His Excellency Mr. Nyasulu about the executive succession process in South East United. As we all understand and traditionally applied that if the President is unable to continue his/her duty then the Vice President is the next in line follows by Speaker of the House, Secretary of State and so on. But we all must understand and respect the presidential succession line that applied in South East United because each country sometimes doesn't have the same applied act in general. I'm hoping that we could all tone down ourselves from the situation and respected the choice made by the former President of South East United. And also, we all have no power whatsoever to interfere the internal affairs of South East United.

Lastly, we ask Interim President Liam Lee, as the head of this summit, to closed the meeting for today and continue it tomorrow. I believe that all of us still in shocked with the recent news and needs some refreshment before we could continue our meetings.

Thank you."

'Sweety, this is getting dramatic' Minister of Foreign Affairs Bambang Anugrah thought. 'My wife would really love this. But this is not what we need during an important meeting.'
Speaking of the meeting, the head of Soracana Islands' delegation seemed to share the same sentiment with him. Bambang was glad that somebody finally tried to defuse the tense atmosphere in the room. Although he has the power and right to do so, he simply lacked the will. Mr. Anugrah is the type of man who would rather spending his time listening and watching the chaos while eating his snacks, if he brought one. Sadly, he would have to try to appear as a professional in front of his colleagues from the other nations in this occasion.
After listening to Mrs. Nilambayag's speech with rapt attention, he mastered a neutral expression and added.
"As the assigned head of the Samuderan delegation, I would like to express our shared sentiment with Her Excellency Hayaning Nilambayag of Soracana Islands." He nodded at her direction. "It would be in the best interest of all parties to remain calm and orderly in the meeting. Ladies and gentlemen, let's hear what the Interim President of South East United would like to say."
