The platoon would be cut to pieces by the surrounding members of Unit 777.
Outside, with the diplomats whisked away, the armored vehicles barred the entrances, and the sentries on the top, armed with general-purpose machine guns and Anti-Tank as well as Anti-Air weapons, rained hell on any approaching Saranidians.

Seeing that there was a considerable lack of compliance amongst the Saranidian court, one officer shot into the air with his service pistol.
"EVERYONE!" he roared. "HANDS WHERE I CAN SEE THEM OR WE SHOOT!"
To emphasize his point, his troops brought their rifles to bear, aiming at the nobles.

Marie, for her part, continued shielding the Exodians, both of whom were seemingly stunned.

Despite the military coup,(and shootings involving the Prussian Polish Commonwealth), the Military Intelligence Section 2(foreign intelligence) sent sent a team to research the Democratic Exodian Territory, initially online online, with a view towards alerting field agents, the Navy, the Airforce and the Army, their goal was to defend the nation, regardless of who was in charge and neither side had invalidated their commissions.

A lone Airbus A330 MRTT flew through the air, without any markings. Several Panvia Tornados(ECR variant) loitered nearby, armed with ALARM anti-radiation missiles. Shortly after them, a group of Su-25s would soon arrive, taking off from a NATO airbase in Sicily.
A further distance away, an unmarked E-3 Sentry AWACS cruised along, making sure to stay a comfortable distance from Saranidia's airspace. However, it's on-board systems had more than enough range to pick up on the radar stations and SAM sites of Saranidia's air defense network.

Abruptly, the Tornado ECRs peeled away, towards Saranidian airspace. They would proceed to fly along the border, waiting for something...

In the secret headquarters of Military Intelligence the Director-General meets with the
Lieutenant-Colonel of SAF(The closest Al-Saranidi thing to the SAS), The Brigadier-General of the Guerrilla Warfare Brigade, the Air Marshal, the Chief Admiral of the Navy and half of the Cyber Warfare Command.

The Director-General says “the Exodian Territories and the PPC have started a conflict that they are winning.
PPC is a well-organised state and the Democratic Exodian Territories is a Democratic republic.
It will be hard to do anything from the inside.
And back when Azadistan was a major power the Exodians defeated them at sea.”
Before wiping her sweaty, stressed forehead.
The Air Marshal said “planes are incoming. We need to act, I am sending the entire airforces fighter and bomber planes.”
He then pressed a button sending the entire airforces planes of that description.
The SAF Lieutenant-Colonel said “we need to send a warning to Exodia.”
He then explained his plan “we first tell them we are ready for combat then put SAF, Marines and Navy on boats to the coast.”

The simple fact of the matter is that planes take time to mobilize. More than enough for the ECRs to, if nothing else, make their attack.

Several radar sites would be struck that hour by unknown and unmarked planes armed with anti-radiation missiles. These were missiles engineered to lock onto radio emission sources-such as those emitted by a radar. Turning off the radars, while protecting them from harm, left them blind and useless as well, while leaving them on would lead them to be targeted for destruction.

At the same time, 10 F-16Cs arrived on the scene. Like their brethren, they had no markings. Unlike their fellow aircraft, they were armed to the teeth with missiles, both radar-guided and infrared-homing.
The former had range-a shitton of range, in fact, but the targets, being illuminated by radar, would do their damnest to avoid the thing. The latter, although shorter-ranged and easier to counter, gave no indication of it's presence. The simple countermeasures against these missiles could only work if a pilot was aware of the missiles.

And usually, they weren't.

Either way, if the Saranidians responded, they would be shooting at ghosts. None of the planes were marked in any way that could give their nationality away.

At the carpool, any Saranidians who attempted to intervene were either zip tied or dispatched. A man of Greek complexion would smirk at all ambassadors. "All right, ladies and gentlemen, due to the stuffiness of the Grand Palace, you are all cordially invited to the Khan residency, where you are to remain until we get the green light." he would explain. "This is in accordance with standard evacuation procedure. Sadly, the official dance is for now cancelled. While the garden of Suleiman Khan is indeed spacious, you probably might not want to get your high heels or suits dirty." An odd placement of humor in a hectic situation. "One pair at a time, approach myself and the lieutenants, check in, get your vehicle, where you will be escorted by our APCs to the safety zone. Shake a leg, ladies and gentlemen, enjoy this fresh air!"

As the delegates would be processed, the Greek lieutenant would hiss into the radio, perhaps asking where the Exodians were...

The first thing we noticed at the car pool was, that not all of the Saradinians, which had been here, were dead - only a few. Celina was still uncomfortable at the sight.
The Greek's humour missed its marks by several miles, but the message was received: Check in, get checked (out), get into the vehicles, then get driven away to the Khan Residency.
I knew, as I stepped forward, that in Fortham, people were talking calmly into telephones, giving orders. One of these orders, I knew, would be given to the Nead Foiche Group, a group of warships centered around the Drone Carrier SDFS Nead Foiche, with two corvettes as escorts and a fleet oiler as support vessel. She was not nearby, but closer then any other assets of the SDF-Navy. Most likely, the carrier would be asked to move to a position closeby and to offer to evacuate the diplomats as a neutral party.
No way the Free Lands would get drawn into what shaped up to become a Civil War!
Mairin and I stepped forward first, took off our daggers and throwing knifes in a calm and collected fashion, three daggers for each and half a dozen throwing knifes for me (don't ask, where I hid them...), and took out our passports to confirm identities, then raised our hands so that the officers could check us.
Once we were found good, Celina and someone else went through the same procedure.
We moved to our car.

Once upon a time, Suleiman was called upon to defend Islam, Saranidia, and the Sisterly Leader in that order. Calm as the eye in the storm of soldiers, Suleiman did his duty, for the traitors might have kept on livin', but they had made one fatal slip. They pushed a good man too far...and he had a big iron on his hip.

The click of his revolver seemed to silence all for a tense second, as it was pointed in the general direction of the Sisterly Leader and the Munckestrian delegates.

"Miriam Khan." the Persian commander began coldly. "In the name of the Almighty, and by the law enclosed in the Constitution, I name you unsound of mind and unfit for duty; the charges are as following...Allowance of Human trafficking, twenty counts. Arms smuggling, eighty-four counts. Attempts to incite rebellion against sovereign entities...nineteen counts." he would nod to his soldiers, who would would be encouraged to capture all important leaders, and to place almost all routes to the palace on lockdown. "Get the Exodians out of here...I thought I said no delegates in here!"

Suleiman had forgotten that both Fenwicks had received training at the Munkcestrian School of Dodging.

"Cowherd? More like coward!" said George Fenwick II. The Fenwicks began dodging as if by instinct, taking Miriam Khan with them and shielding her as they moved. They dodged towards the exit. They dodged through the exit. They dodged outside. They dodged all the way to where the cars were.

"Oh, nice, they're already here. That makes sense," he said. "What now?" he wondered aloud.

Armored vehicles, machine guns, and anti-tank weapons began to open fire, sawing the Munkchestrians in half. More troops arrived as well, and then...hang on, were those helicopters?

Several unmarked helicopters landed, and the diplomats, Munkchesterians would be ushered inside. Immediately, they would take off, and the echo of their rotors faded quickly.

Inside, one of the pilots spoke on the intercom.
"Evening, y'all. Sorry for the less than stellar accomodations, but the good Khan is busy, as you've seen, and is currently dealing with unwelcome guests. We'll be headed for an abandoned area to refuel, and then we'll continue on to Sicily, after which you'll be free to go wherever you want."

Stanislaus and Marie both caught up with Sulieman, with the Exodian delegation in tow.
"Plan B, I assume?" asked Marie.

It was no surprise that someone would resort to increasingly extreme measures in an attempt to defeat someone trained in the art of Munkcestrian dodging. So students were trained to dodge that at the School of Dodging as well. So the Fenwicks weren't sawed in half and/or forced into a helicopter.

As the helicopters took off, with the diplomats inside, a few guards watched in amusement at the bullet-ridden corpses of the Fenwicks continued flopping around, before getting back to firing on the Saranidians.

And before they could get back to attacking the Saranidian loyalists, a helicopter flew overhead and opened fire on them before landing right on top of them. This helicopter was none other than the FenwickCopter.

"Right on time!" said the Lord President. The two Fenwicks quickly climbed aboard, taking the Sultana with them. And as soon as they got on, the FenwickCopter lifted into the air once more to take them to the airport while continuing to fire upon any threats.

Attacks against the Saranidian loyalists continued, as Unit 777 began to congregate and move out, Exodians in tow.
