The Ulysses Congress has approved the consolidation of our forces in Central East Sphere and the deployment of troops in the Far East Sphere. The aim of the mission particularly in the Far East Sphere is to ensure peace and security in the region. It is in the interest of Ulysses and the world at large to protect the oil-rich "Gold Farms" of the Jomiyan kingdom, safeguarding the prosperity of the Huhn waterway area and the oversight of civilian shipping and fishing in the Bauzan Sea.

We are promoting free trade agreements (FTA) in this peaceful region. Any nation is free to sign off on this agreement.

New Ulysses is free to gain access to our Gold Farms. We will sell oil to you at discounted prices in exchange for ensuring the survival of our kingdom.

We would like to export more goods especially our gambling industry into Ulysses. In exchange for more agricultural goods.

The Campaign for Peace and Prosperity Initiative launched by the Ulysses Government is a long-term plan formulated by think tanks, political analysts, military leaders, scholars, corporate business leaders, intelligence heads and former politicians. Nusantara is correct to say that this massive project is all about "exploitation" and could spark a series of small wars. This information was given to us by one of Ulysses closest ally who is playing a double game. It was leaked by the Johbenistan Intelligence Bureau (JIB).

Nusantara's claim that this campaign is all about exploitation is baseless and false. If that opinion represents the view of your government, an apology must be given.

The Mangabian Communist Party has resumed fishing operations off the country's East Coast. The MCP will plan to hold talks with Bauza to take part in oil and gas explorations in the Bauzan Sea.

Bauza has sent two naval destroyers near the Papaya Shoal 20 kilometres of the Mangabian Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ). This is to monitor illegal crossings beyond the established fishing lines.

Gatussia will assist Bauza in its patrols. We will send 6 frigates and 1 destroyer to check if there are pirate activities in the area.

The campaign for peace and prosperity had caught the attention of anarchist fighters situated within the free territory. The creation of hundreds of new companies that would exploit the labor of individuals suffering in poverty was disgusting and could not be tolerated. In response, 500 individuals from the free territory moved to the nation of Jomiya in order to participate as laborers at these newly created companies. Once integrated, these individuals would use various tools such as basic Molotovs and pressure cooker bombs to cause havoc targeted at these companies. Hundreds of building would burn down in a 24 hour period, thousands would die from bombings. The indivudals likewise commit suicide after committing acts of terror in the state of Jomiya. The message had been sent.

The Ulysses government will stand firm in its decision to maintain a minimal missile force in Gatussia. Far Central East is a volatile region. No regional power has ever volunteered to keep peace in this troubled part of the world, therefore as the leader of the free world, we are obliged to safeguard a world where there is “rules-based order”. Peace can only be achieved through strength.
