This is an international crime RP that follows two Pagian criminal organizations that traffic in drugs, weapons, and other illegal enterprises. Your nation can take on any role that you want, for example:
- A gang or rebel or terrorist group from your nation receives the illegal goods exported from Page
- A gang from your nation decides to compete against or go to war with one of the Pagian gangs to take over the international drug/weapons trade
- A gang or rebel or terrorist group seeks the help of one of the Pagian gangs to accomplish a goal
- Law enforcement from your nation is invited to Page or Pagian law enforcement is invited to your nation to cooperate against the gangs
- Secret agents from your nation try to infiltrate the Pagian gangs either to get intelligence, steal from them, or destroy them
Feel free to approach from any angle, there are only a few rules:
- No one liner replies
- No invasions or military incursions
- Keep it MT or light PMT
Here is some background information about the Pagian gangs and law enforcement:
The Covenant, also known as the Pagian Mafia, are a criminal organization that trace their ancestry back to Pagian nobility and aristocrats, although nobility no longer exists in Page. They have some 80 made men, these men bestow on themselves the title of 'Count', and the leader of The Covenant is called 'Duke'. The current leader is Duke Hatan Kalistos, a 45 year old man who has been a fugitive in Page for more than a decade. Associates of the Covenant number more than 3000, they are considered members but take no part in governing the gang. A group of associates who work together are called an echelon. Each echelon answers to a Count, and each Count answers to the Duke. The Covenant traffics in drugs, guns, and even human beings. The Covenant are Pagian supremacists, but they are willing to work with any organization from any nation that will make them money. Only men are allowed to be part of the Covenant. The Covenant are at war with the Horseman.
The Horsemen are an outlaw motorcycle club. They were formed in the late 19th century by convicts who escaped penal labor camps and became highwaymen. Since the 1950's, they ride motorcycles instead of horses. There are about 1000 fully initiated members who are divided into chapters of 10 to 50 bikers. They have clubhouses all across Page. The Horsemen are illegalist anarchists. They reject hierarchy, so they are governed by a system of direct democracy in which all members have a vote, but most chapters will often defer to the will of the most senior and accomplished members. Women are allowed to be members but their numbers are still few. The Horseman traffic in guns and drugs and take on contracts for assassination. However, they do not participate in human trafficking, as the practice is abhorrent to them. At war with the Covenant, the Horsemen will liberate human trafficking victims and take brutal vengeance on any Covenant members captured alive.
OCET (The Department for the Elimination of Organized Crime, Espionage, and Terrorism) is a national law enforcement organization of Page. While their colleageus of the ISS (Internal Security Service) gather intelligence, OCET sends agents out in the field to sabotage, capture, and kill groups that pose a threat to Pagian security. OCET field agents are considered the most elite of Pagian law enforcement, all are highly trained in combat as well as psychological tactics and survival skills.
