Pan-Asiatic States, what would be the opinion of your government of and the opinion of your peoples towards the North American Union? We have some kind of agreement already with one of my banks operating in your nation. Perhaps that could be a point within the subplots?

Honestly, this will vary. The Pan-Asiatic States will reach-out to your country if you allow it to, and will always seek to outcompete its rivals by engaging in liaisons with major market behemoths. However, for obvious reasons, we are not compatible political or cultural allies.

In other words, it's entirely up to you; the Pan-Asiatic economy is willing to partner with any country with a large consumer base that can meet Asian exports in the middle. If your nation's foreign policy isn't entirely hostile, I would suggest an economic summit and/or the expansion of Pan-Asiatic Foreign Direct Investments in the North American Union in exchange for you lowering and/or eliminating tariffs on certain Asian exports and industries.

Hi all. I'm considering adding an arc that involves the infamous Neo-Kuomintang terror organization, a radical RIghtist militia operating in the forests of PAS. Specifically, an arc about how they got a bunch of abandoned military-grade power armor suits to working order and they could take over small villages and such.

However, it's a futile gambit if there'll be no sponsors from CAPINTERN or any other anti-PAS coalition nations that could provide support / assistance for it.

Essentially I'm asking someone to RP as an anti-PAS terror group for funsies. Would there be interest for this?

I'm alive, I had an unexpected surge of RL stuff to deal with. I'm working on a post to advance the Insulindia narrative and also put the Red Band emissaries in a position to seek a meeting with the PAS government which should hopefully be up by the end of the weekend

Reorganized Akros is essentially a nation under permanent military rule/martial-law, but is extremely liberal about most sexual activity, including porn, prostitution, etc. The ruling junta incorporates both capitalist and socialist economic policies without any real concern for ideology, just pragmatic effects.

Honestly, while some people may condone such escapists, the government can't really do anything about it, as restricting border travel under the prospect of tourism for the sole reason of sexual promiscuity seems pretty petty to even bring to one of the District Assemblies, much less the Pan-Asiatic Congress of Soviets.

Also, sexual promiscuity does exist in the Pan-Asiatic States to some degree, it's just that it's repressed and culturally discouraged. Although I would understand why people would try to seek it out in other states.

I mean, it's kind of a given already, although again, the consequences from the bureaucracy aren't life-or-death. The government is not necessarily the primary factor in keeping the culture of the people in check, it's more of the people who are already indoctrinated keeping everyone else in check.

Ergo, it's further from "stop listening to Western music or I take away your food stamps" and more akin to "stop acting like a Westerner or your family will disown you and your co-workers will find you weird".

Minor realism tidbit!

In the real world, nations don't support terrorist groups/guerrilla groups (we all know those overlap substantially) unless they feel that the terror/guerrilla group has some chance of success.

Now what I'm saying is that it seems unlikely that anyone would spend substantial resource on a small group of people who are obviously going to fail.

Buuuut.

What's possible in my mind is that Allaneans might...

1. Offer any survivors of this group's eventual tragic crushing some possibility of escaping into Allanea under assumed names.
2. Cooperate with them on an ad-hoc basic on specific operations (maybe we could work together to organize a prison break at a re-education camp or blow up an Igarashii clone facility?).

Yes, the Neo-Kuomintang are indeed known for blowing-up cloning facilities. However, another point of realism that I might add is that if you simply throw money down their way, there's no oversight, and I can't guarantee they'll use those funds only for what you want them to use it on.

I am indeed open to both choices. Also, there's a rebellion in Aceh, Nusantara (check my News Thread for more details), so that's more material to work with.

Well, reading the history of Argentina on terms of international conflicts, this country has served as a neutral food-seller, supporting everywhere who need resources and have the power of pay it indiscriminately. Argentina knows nice the advantages of protect war-refugees and much times the national leaders (example; Peron) has used the knowledge of refugees of international conflicts to obtain a benefit for Argentina, this can significate that Argentina could hide orientalists rebels of nations where the orientalism is fought.

The argentine armed forces are in an extreme decadence, the country is recovering from the economic bankruptcy and the socialist government look with good eyes the orientalists rebels. @PAS You think that will be a good plot if Argentina gives asylum and work to the orientalists personalities, refugeers, rebels?
