GWOTC: The New Order/The Last War (Parts 1 and 2; IC)

[South Raznakova]

"Very well, I believe you." With that, the Ghost raised his pistol and shot Francis in the head. He then holstered his weapon, and walked out.

[South Acren]

New Berlin, Tennessee Zone
It started as a normal day. Workers bustling about, vendors selling food at outragous prices, buses transporting people. A normal day. Until 8:30. At a nearby International Airport, the last in the nation to still accept and send off foreign people, a group of 5 men walked into the doors carrying large suitcases. They checked in with the receptionist with their papers and headed into an elevator. Once inside they all changed into kevlar armor and began loading assualt rifles and lmgs. The one pulled out his phone and dialled a number. A distant explosion shook the building and screams where heard. He looks at his comrades. "Rememer, no rushing." The doors open and a large crowd tries to surge through the doors. The wave stops as the men ready their guns. The people in the front try to back up but go no-where. The men then unleash rounds into the crowd slowly making their way out of the elevator over the bodies. They continue shooting their way through the building, sparing no one. One it is cleared, the leader dials another number and 24 more show up. They begin rounding up the survivors and building fortifications. A camera is activated and a live stream is broadcasted to all open sources across the North American Continent. "Today is a day of reckoning for the citizens of North America. Today is the day we begin our reclamation of whats ours. We no longer serve dictators or kings. We serve ourselfs. WE WILL BRING BACK WHAT WE LOST. WE WILL DRIVE THESE PIGS OUT OF OUR LANDS AND WE WIL WIN! BROTHERS, SISTERS, NON IDENTAFILIABLES, JOIN US, AND FIGHT FOR OUR FREEDOM!" The recording cuts and the terrorists wait for the eventual assualt.

Taipan simply let the two bullets hit their armor, and sidestepped the shield, and grabbed Jon’s bayonet, and knowing that Jon’s strength would overtake their own, drove the tip into the ground. With Jon off-balanced, Taipan drove a fist directly into the side of Jon, and dove past him, where there was a fire alarm at the end of the hall. “I don’t want to hurt you or anyone else in this place, and your views on ‘innocents’ dying keep you from seeing the bigger picture, you damn oaf” Taipan yelled to Jon as they ran.

Jon regained his balance and turned around. His hand was on his side, the area Taipan punched. "Bigger picture? What 'bigger picture'?!" he demanded. He made a mad dash for Taipan, using momentum to carry his fist at full force, aimed at Taipan.

The Silver Warrior


She remembered the fight. It was in Sakatson, once the capital of Sakatia. The were coming, and Morah Stag was shaking in fear. She was no older then 13 and Celine of Moons was her guardian. The door protecting them suffered a beating of awful pounding. "Go down the trapdoor." Celine told her. "You will find my brothers down their. They will get you safe to Oppermenia."

"Please come with me!" the girl begged. The door looked like it could break any moment now. "You need to run!"

Celine put her helm over her long silver hair. "A knight of the Magnum Ferrum does not run." The girl crawled down the trap door and not a moment later they burst through the door. Celine's gun was on them immediately, men fell down quick as they charged through. Then bullets slapped against her armor. She never bled but the force in them was an awful feeling. Next thing she knew she was being charged, she pulled out her crescent moon spear, or a Luna spear, and took slashes at them. Then there was a boom and and all went black.

She woke darkness as well. She had no idea where she was...until she saw the stained window in front of her. It was a glowing circular work and it revealed an eagle coated in blood. She felt a feeling of dread creep down her and then she heard his voice. "Oi! Finally awake she is." she saw that familiar smile, and that knife in his hands. "Good morning, Ser Knight."

"I am no Ser, those are the Oppermenians." she said. "What do want with me? Going to hand me over to Vodovenko?"

"Hand you over? Of course not. After all the war is over."

"What?" Celine of Moons said astounded. "How long was I..."

"No telling. Syrmon found a dead Magnum Ferrum and then we found out you weren't dead. An explosion got you by the look of it. I guess the gods were'nt done with ya yet, Celine."

"What do you want with me, Cullingham?"

"That's Lord Redtear to you." Alf shot back, "I dunno what the boss will do to ya. Best wait on Luce to come."


The Knight of Ashes

Sarvos heard about Nova Enterprises going down in flames. Damn you, Neddard. Did the wolf in you die at Raznakova?. "No." he answered himself. "This was one of the Brooders work." the snake always had a love for chaos and suffering and the Raznakovan did not seem that careless. On his wings, peering out into his helmet with their slanted down golden eyes like that of an eagle sinisterly scanning down its prey he looked out and saw it was true. Sarvos landed in front of the rubble and clinched his fist. Then he heard fighting.

[South Raznakova]

Just as Jon was about to land the punch, the Ghost walked in, and without skipping a beat, he pulled out gun and fired a shot into the body armour of each of them. They both fall to the ground.

"ENOUGH! BOTH OF YOU! We have more important things to worry about!"

[Rakdai]

"Oh, fuck off, Ghost!". Taipan got back up and got to the fire alarm, pulling it immediatly. A piercing ring was heard throughout the building, and Taipan turned back around. "Now are we going to get out now? Or do you want to continue this and watch the fireworks from the center of the flame?"

[South Raznakova]

Ghost walked over Jon and picked him up.

"There will be time for all of this later, and remember, we still have a score to settle when this is all over." The Ghost then turned around and walked to the exit.

[Rakdai]

Taipan walked to the center of the hallway, looking at all the bodies. They knew that the guards deserved to die, but Taipan had a thought that plagued them every day. "Do I deserve to die?" Taipan thought. The answer was the same as it was every day. "Yes, but not yet. There is more to do". Taipan took off their left glove, and drew a quick line with a knife, making a ring around their wrist. One more mistake, one more cut. Taipan put their glove back on and left the hallway, the alarm still ringing.

[South Raznakova]

"Come on, the van is waiting outside. We need to figure out what we need to do next."

[Oppermenia]

Jon followed Taipan and CG out of the building. Taipan had murdered innocent people, and caused a ruckus. This team was investigating the New Order, trying to fight them, but were the people on this team any better than the Orderrites? Jon already knew the answer to that question. A cold-blooded assassin, a terrorist. Even Jon had red on his ledger, being a former Unit 46 operative. He could easily separate himself from the others, though. He had honor, ideals that no innocents should have to die, even for the greater good.

They were now outside. Jon noticed the alarm was ringing. He wasn't worried, as authorities would deal with it, this being their investigation authorized by His Majesty the King and His Excellency the Prime Minister. However, what about Francis? He should've come out, it would've seemed. An old man, he wouldn't want to spend his night in a compromised, loud building.

"Hey, what ever happened to Francis?" Jon asked.

[South Raznakova]

The Ghost stopped and looked at Jon.

"He is no longer our concern Jon."

[Oppermenia]

Jon knew exactly what Ghost meant when he said it. "You killed him?" Jon was mad. "Goddammit, I should've seen this coming! Why wouldn't an assassin kill? But, this was just an investigation! So, tell me, why did you have to kill him? It couldn't have waited?! Was it really necessary?"

[South Raznakova]

"What was I supposed to do! If we let him live, he would just keep on selling weapons to those terrorists and there would no end to it. You and your god damn morales. What? Was killing him taking it too far? Did I cross the line that we can't cross?"

[Rakdai]

Taipan said from the backseat. "You know, you don't have to worry about then selling weapons to anyone anymore". Taipan pressed the detonation button, and the explosives places in the armory detonated, causing a chain reaction that caused the munitions to explode as well, and the foundation of the building started to crumble. Anyone left in there would be leaving, as the building starts to sag .

[Oppermenia]

"What was I supposed to do! If we let him live, he would just keep on selling weapons to those terrorists and there would no end to it. You and your god damn morales. What? Was killing him taking it too far? Did I cross the line that we can't cross?"

"He didn't even know that they were terrorists!" Jon exclaimed. "He didn't know they would use them to try and assassinate my brother. If he had, then he wouldn't have done it, he said it himself! Ghost, the line is an important one. If we kill, then we're no better than the killers we're fighting. You, Ghost, are no better than any terrorist whose brains you blow out! Especially if we judge people on their worst mistakes, play judge jury and executioner! War is one thing. This is light and dark. There may be darkness in this world, but there will always be light! Embracing the darkness? That just dulls it all out."

[South Raznakova]

"Jesus fucking christ. You don't beat these people by being better, you beat them by being worse. You make them scared of the dark. To win in this, you draw the line wherever you need to. The world isn't black and white, never has and never will be. You hit them and they get back up, I hit them and they stay down!"

[Oppermenia]

"You're wrong, Ghost. Doing one evil to get rid of the other won't make the world better. There is good in people. There is good in the world, in every one of us no matter how much evil there is! I wont give them the satisfaction that I might be as bad or worse than them! I will always fight for a good world, a world of light, even if all odds are stacked against me! Because, I don't want this world to be dark, there must always be hope! And, if you disagree with me, then you can just kill me, too." Jon didn't know why he said that exactly, but the fire inside him had taken over. He didn't care what he said or did at this point.

[Dyllonia]

Sarvos

The Knight of Ashes quietly crept in the building where he found two thralls and a naive wolf fighting. "Why?" he asked in a somber, harsh tone. "How is any of this worth anything?" He removed his helm, revealing a pair of sad purple eyes. "Maybe...this New Order will bring order. Which is more then I can say for this sorry world we live in."

[South Raznakova]

After Jon said that, CG lost it. Without thinking, he removed his face mask and balaclava and threw them onto the ground, revealing his face. He appeared to be in his early 30s, he had short brown hair, the sides were almost shaved off and the hair was a bit longer on the top. He had a small brown beard, and he had a scar that ran along his right cheek. His eyes were grey, and when one looked into them, all you could see was anger and sadness.

"Are you telling me you won't do what they do, because you don't want to give them the satisfaction of knowing you might be like them? You care more for your honour than you do about the safety of those you protect. You put them in a cell, and they will just get out and hurt more people. When that happens, whatever they do will be on you, because you had the chance to stop them permanently, and you chose not to. You beat them by being worse, not better. I may not like my father, but he is right about that."

[Oppermenia]

Jon was shocked, especially as his face reveal. He considered what he said for a second. Did he care more about his honor than people? "You're wrong about that, too, Ghost. I care about all people. It's not my honor I'm protecting, it's hope. I can see where you're coming from, but I don't believe I'm wrong on this."

[South Raznakova]

"All I know is the man my father sent me to kill all those years ago is not the man standing in front of me now. Maybe long ago, you had what was necessary to get things done, but not anymore. That man was a man I had some respect for, but you, you are not that man."

[Oppermenia]

Jon smiled. "No, that man is dead. And, I'm better for it." But, he was confused. "Who is your father?"

[South Raznakova]

"I guess there is only one way to find out operative 637.", he said as he picked up his face gear.

[South Raznakova]

"Who do you think my father is Jon. I thought it was obvious."
