I’ll take the floor after I finish up working on my post on the trial. I’m on vacation, so it probably won’t come out until the 4th.

Spokane wanted to post something but said they couldn't before tomorrow. I'll make a post now, but I think we should give them till the end of tomorrow to post before wrapping up the trial.

I wonder what the NAS is up to in the meantime.

Well, it’s the 5th, so let’s wrap it up. As the host nation, I’ll make a post in a bit.

OK, I made a post.

In the absence of the judges of the ICJ (I assume they were all killed when the Netherlands was hit by the Israeli attack), I propose the following system:

  • each participating nation may now, if they choose, propose (IC) a course of action to take against Israel; I’ll take votes until sometime in the afternoon of the 7th of August (GMT), so you all have two days and a bit to do this
  • once all the proposals have been recorded, each prticipating nation may vote (again, IC) for the proposal they prefer; I’ll take votes until the afternoon of the 9th of August, again giving you approximately two days to respond
  • Israel may not take part in the above steps, of course
Then we can declare the ICJ session closed and return to our national and international business and let the WA elect new ICJ judges for future cases.

We propose that the war criminals should be given life sentence with possibility of parole after 10 years.

Can you please propose that IC?

OK, there are two votes we must take:

Vote 1 (please choose only one of the options below):
  1. Rehabilitation of the offenders
  2. Incarceration of the offenders
  3. Execution of highest-ranking offenders and incarceration of remaining offenders
  4. Abstain
Vote 2 (please choose only one of the options below):
  1. Occupy and partition Israel
  2. Leave Israel as it is
  3. Abstain
As stated before, I'll take votes until the day after tomorrow, when I'll count the votes and announce the winning proposals.

Since everyone has two delegates, you may choose whether they both vote for the same thing or they vote for different things (each delegate counts as half of your nation's vote). If unstated/unclear, I'll assume they both vote for the same thing.

East Kekistan votes 2 and 1.

Israel needs to be governed as an international protectorate with Egypt, East Kekistan, New Yugoslavia and other nations contributing troops. For supplies we are rehabilitating the highways in the Middle East and will be able to supply Israel from Mesopotamia. We will also provide arms to the international force.

Egypt votes 3 and 2

We disagree with East Kekistan and believe Israel should be fully independent. We already occupied Israel and believe they should be their own country once more. Any attempt by the International community to occupy the Holy Lands will be deemed illegal by the Egyptian government. Our troops will withdraw once the trails are over and a new Israeli government has been chosen.

Nigeria voted 3 1

Jess said, "Although I'm in favor of mercy in most cases genocide is a rare exception."

Mr. Emmanuel Olatokunbo suggested that the execution needs to take place in public to warn all future humans not to ever attempt something similar.

A group of residents of Bangui sent messages to Jess, argued that these war criminals need to be executed in Bangui and their corpses symbolically thrown into the Ubangi River which they messed up before getting pulled out and incinerated. Their ashes needed to be cast into the Atlantic Ocean to prevent future radicals from making their tombs a pilgrimage site.

Good news:

The highway from Lanzhou through Kashgar, Islamabad, Kabul, Tehran, Baghdad and Amman to Jordan River has been repaired. We are now repairing the highway from Aqaba to Mecca.

That's also fine. We are just concerned about continued existence of radicals in the Israeli gov. If most nations agree to your proposal I think we should still watch over the situation in Israel regularly. Is that acceptable to you?
