Citizens,

Today is a great day for the Estnordian people. We feel a great honor and are very happy to open our first Representations outside our borders. We are very thankful for the acceptance of the Government of the Commonwealth of Constans and we promise to work side by side with the national authorities in order to make stronger this new friendship. I personally hope that this relation last a great long time.

I am very glad to announce you that the diplomatic team and I have been working hard the last weeks to make this project true. I would like to make public as well, in our first day, that cultural agenda will be the main point. We will work for the Estnordian citizens living in this country to collaborate in cultural events with the Constansian citizens. One of our principal goals will be the integration and the interaction amongst societies in order to prevent xenophobia and racism.

The Estnordian people will never forget that its international birth took place here, in Constans, and the Government of Constans as well as its citizens will always find in the Estnordian people a collaborator friend in good times and a loyal ally in the bad ones.

Our dear Uksiiminitee really wanted to be with us in this ceremony but unfortunately he was unable to be here due to some international meetings taking place right now in the Commonwealth of Independent Nations. He wanted to announce himself that Our Government is working for intensifying relations with Constans, and for that reason we want to offer you (looking at President Savard) the possibility to establish an Embassy in Estnordian territory. If so, it will be the first foreign representation in our country.

President Savard was seated in his chair comfortabley as he squished his back against the padding of it, smiling and waving to the media stationed at the embassy hall, snapping off pictures and filming the opening of the Estnorden embassy in Constans. After the Estnorden diplomats were finished, President Savard stood up at the same time with Prime Minister Berg and both raised their glasses and Savard spoke, clearing his voice first and making sure it reached to the far corners of the room.

"Thank you for the kind words, Ambassador Tania Oll and Minister Lukka Kiviharjiuu. On behalf of the Commonwealth of Constans, we welcome you to our great nation and hope we can work together and form a partnership that will last until the end of time. As both the Estnorden and Constain people are amogst the greatest on this fine world!

We are honored and humbled to host the first Estnorden embassy and look forward to bringing our two great nations close together in this ever conflicting world."

President Savard smiled and raised his glass of wine to the Estnorden diplomats, taking a sip of it, savoring the taste. "God bless both of our nations." After Savard finished, the rest of the Constain diplomats and commanders stood and clapped, as Estnorden and Constain flags were raised in honor of the new found relationship.

The Government of Estnorden wants spread the Estnordian culture around the world, The Ministry of International Affairs and the Ministry of Culture are working together for that reason. In the last governmental meeting all the members of the Government approved the creation of Institute of Estnordian Culture. This institution will allow all the citizens (Estnodians, and non-Estnordians) to participate in cultural activities in relation with Estnordian traditions and culture. The main proposes are the interaction amongst different groups of people and the better knowledge of each other.

This project will be developed, firstly, in experimental basis in selected countries. One of the three selected countries is the Commonwealth of Constans.

The Institute has to be located in a building near the Embassy, and has to be big enough to host a several number of activities at the same time. That building should be paid or cede by the Government of Constans (only used for cultural ends) while the Estnordian Government will pay the empoyees and 60% of the cost of the cultural events, the other 40% will be paid for the participants.

This project will make even stronger the friendship ties that unite our nations.
