The New Coalition of NationStates has been reformed into the Third Coalition of NationStates. NAE has replaced me as the founder and primary decision-maker.

I don't mind as long as you remain neutral in federation-CoNS disputes.

Truthfully, I highly doubt the Vladivostok Alliance will honestly want anything to do with the Coalition anymore.

i would say yes cause im a member of both the federation and CoNS, but if the federation continues to attack CoNS, you must break away from them.

(thats just my choice, but its up to you.)
