The Government of Estnorden wants spread the Estnordian culture around the world, The Ministry of International Affairs and the Ministry of Culture are working together for that reason. In the last governmental meeting all the members of the Government approved the creation of Institute of Estnordian Culture. This institution will allow all the citizens (Estnodians, and non-Estnordians) to participate in cultural activities in relation with Estnordian traditions and culture. The main proposes are the interaction amongst different groups of people and the better knowledge of each other.

This project will be developed, firstly, in experimental basis in selected countries. One of the three selected countries is New Kansasland.

The Institute has to be located in a building near the Embassy, and has to be big enough to host a several number of activities at the same time. That building should be paid or cede by the Government of New Kansasland (only used for cultural ends) while the Estnordian Government will pay the empoyees and 60% of the cost of the cultural events, the other 40% will be paid for the participants.

This project will make even stronger the friendship ties that unite our nations.

After the Civil War in New Kansasland the Government of Estnorden wants to normalize the institutional relations and all the diplomatic staff will return to the Embassy in your country as well as the civilians working both in the Embassy and in the IEC.
