18th Fleet will be based near the coast at the start in order to provide security for the special envoy and its detachment of businessmen and diplomats. Also to provide lets say "Gentle" reminder of who is who in the negotiations.
Note: The imperial navy is used to having its own way and for people to back down when facing it (something like the US navy). They are far from incompetent so do not expect red army during the invasion of Finland. One of the ships is brand new and commissioned 5 weeks before being send there. You can expect the imperial navy to have a show of force when facing you with flybys from the planes of the imperial carriers. Shooting at them will provoke the navy to shoot back. Admiral Milosevski will be a good diplomat and he is reasonable.

Don't support : Hard line politicians want to export PenguinLand' s brand of socialism, which Askeland does not follow. Askeland ratifying deals that hurt the PenguinLand's stance or trade deals in the region.

ORBAT: (If war was declared) Not too sure if we would get involved in a full a war currently, yet if push comes to shove we would deploy naval forces and a small contingent of land forces to secure and defend territory.

Intent of you Nation: (support or not support the founding of this nation) To oppose it. Its time for a bad guy to join in.
ORBAT: (If war was declared) I am a very naval based nation. Most likely send over 2ish fleets to bombard the nation. If this doesn't work, a large landing force will move in and strike into the heart of the nation, with support from aircraft carriers and battleships. If all else fails, we will send the 7th fleet, comprised of 7 battleships, 3 carriers and 10 cruisers to demolish all coastal cities, and send in the 8th Mounted Corp of elite troops to move in and eliminate the coastal cities and forts. We will do all possible to make you time as difficult as possible. The target will be slowly taking territory, consolidating it, and pushing on, always moving towards the capital.

I would suggest a slow paced RP in the future. Sometimes taking on such a diverse and large field of players at once can be to much. I would be up for a more intimate RP with you and your nation in the future.
