We are disgusted by the actions taken by Daaijyut towards the Philippines. Our neutral stance no longer shall remain that way towards the state of Daaijyut. They have simply overstepped their boundaries with such extreme demands and accusations towards the Philippine government. Our Filipino brethren have never been “imperialist” and you only label them as such. Filipinos have been united by a common goal even though it may not be obvious, the safety of Philippine independence. People in the Philippines, be they Moro, Bisaya or Kapampangan are united by this goal are are the actual opposite of what you deem “imperialist”. The next point in here s that you have been constantly violating what is considered to be international law by making territorial claims that extend more than 500 kilometers from Canton while most of what we are arguing is in the EEZ boundaries. Thirdly, the fishermen were violating the Philippine EEZ, which and wherein the Philippines is welcome to prosecute said fishermen. Lastly, the Philippine government is unlikely able to mount such an alleged cyberattack against Daaijyut and is probably just anither attempt to defame the Filipino name in the eyes of international media.

For that, we hereby DENOUNCE the government of Daaijyut and the government of Yuyencia by extension for declaring war on the Philippines, due to failing to make a sensible casus belli. OOC: Isn't mobilizing 25,000,000 soldiers, 30,000 aircraft, and 9,000 ships (I'm assuming Naval Fleets means ships) a little... excessive. You do know that the entire U.S. Military (including National Guard units and reserves) total to 2,000,000 soldiers. And the entirety of the USAF and the US Navy aircraft numbers total out to around 9,000 aircraft. First off, no army in the world has that level of numbers. And you literally cannot use even half of those numbers effectively in a small area such as the Philippines. Supplying that many soldiers, in such a small area (or even anywhere else in that concentration) would be impossible. Mobilizing that many soldiers and that much combat material would be impossible to do within a month as well.

Furthermore, you would need a valid reason to, more or less, fully mobilize your nation. A military intervention would not require that many forces from the onset. The war may escalate and forces deployed grow from an intervention-focused expeditionary force to a fully mobilized army aimed at liberation and a strategic counter-offensive. However, that would not happen in an instant. If there was a genuine threat to the homeland of the nation, that level of mobilization would be justified. But not for a liberation of another nation, especially if its a minor nation.

And Postscript: Announcing a "secret mission" in an official government announcement isn't very beneficial to the health of your foreign operatives.
