The Nusantaran Government acknowledges the treaty between New Ulysses and Luckystan. we are sorry for any disturbances. Though this is not the end of the Nusantaran Role within The war.

Instead, we will send humanitarian aid (medicine, food and other needs) and peacekeeping forces to luckystan under the jurisdiction of the UN. And if the war is later escalated, we shall send in volunters or acknowledge / guarantee the Independence of Luckystan if necessary.

The Nusantaran government should reconsider its position on the matter.

(Ooc: please note “if necessary” basicly it is meant by “we dont want to do this, but we will do it if it has escalated”. in the position of the matter we are neutral, we do have sympathy to both sides. We just want to keep things cool. And on the stance of sending humanitarian aid to one’s suffering of the people, isnt an offense and worth considering. Trying to stop humanitarian aid is considered against the ethical treaty in the geneva convention. And your stance against acknowledging the truce between Luckystan and Majiestine is unethical and unexpected. so please reconsider your justifications before you post them.)

Seven Luckystani paramedics delivering humanitarian aid to displaced Majiestineans have been killed after Billya opened fire on innocent people. 80 Lucksytani Air Force paratroopers from the elite Unit 87 have raided the Kobarat Detention Compound in North East Billya. The LDF fired 15 Nehemiah I MRBM at Billyan positions reducing them to rubble. 1,259 dead. 3 Lucksytani F-16Ls have failed to return after falling prey to S-300Vs. Heavy ground fighting continues. 256 Billyan armored units lost, LDF losing 203 men and 40 tanks.

AA guns are firing at LAF aircraft over capital city Kaysarya. Civil defence sirens are now activated. Several parts of the city are being bombed from the skies.

A column of APCs, IFVS and tanks along with 15,000 troops and 6,000 reservists have now reached the Billyan capital of Kaysarya. Billya lost 36,215 troops, 925 tanks and1,225 APCs and 95 aircraft. LAF aircraft have decimated its air defence systems and airfields leaving most of its warplanes grounded. Luckystan lost another 125 tanks, 98 IFVs, 918 soldiers and reservists and 23 aircraft.

The New Ulysses government is calling on all sides to cease hostilities and accept our proposed ceasefire. Billya must stop putting its forces near the Billya-Majiestine border. Luckystan must withdraw its forces immediately from Billya.

NWESA satellite images have shown 23 cotton warehouses in west of Kaysarya being used to house blood agent type chemical weapons. Intelligence operatives on the ground have confirmed. Imposing "no-fly zone" in Western Billya. 76 S-75 launchers have been taken out by the Royal Aurelian Air Force. 3 Eurofighter Typhoon fighter jets were shot down, 9 Billyan Su-22 destroyed. 6,000 men are now participating in Aurelian Navy's amphibious assault on north western Billya. 121 Aurelian troops dead, 44 Aurelian armoured vehicles destroyed, 36 Billyan tanks destroyed, 195 Billyan soldiers killed.

Leaders of NWESA member state Aurelia and Luckystan, I order both of you to get out of Billya. Refuse or face economic sanctions. Queen Emma of Aurelia has no right to interfere in Billya's oil. We knew that the Aurelian government urged the Luckystanis to attack Eastern Billya to lessen Billya's military presence in the north and Luckystan joined the war so it can get nuclear weapons technology from the Aurelians in exchange.

We have struck a deal with the Billyan government to supply us oil for five years. We have now dissuaded them from nationalising its oil assets in the north. North West Sphere nation member Aurelia is preparing to pull out its forces from northern Billya.
