Description: 1931 is a tricky year for Rhyssua. A year later, it transforms from the slightly oppressive socialist republic under Kramer (democratic socialist) to the extremely oppressive people's republic under Tycho (hardline communist). The country is ambitious, but economically weak. However, the people are loyal and committed to their leader's goals (for now).
Experience: The military, while sizable, isn't technologically advanced (think Imperial Russia's tech during WWI). However, the officers are competent and loyal to Rhyssua.
Alliance(s): None as of yet, but that can of course change.

The Congo? The conference (if we can do it), would also negotiate over that, and the conflicted zone in Tanzania. It would also lay out permitted areas of expansion, to prevent future conflicts.

Lagos is currently within the Socialist State of Africa, so I don't think that it can be your capital. My conference plans to give the Union of Africa access to the Congo and southern Sudan, the Free Socialist State of Africa Algeria, Morocco, and Libya, and to give myself Egypt and northern Sudan. Thoughts?
