So, after WWII, Madossa took a seat on the security council for this reason, and because of the revitalization of the Madossan economy, they're going to stay

Rhyssua is the melting pot of Central Europe, encompassing Slovenia, Croatia, Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, and the Italian city of Trieste. The combined militaries and economies of these former nations (now called Confederal Districts), make them a major European power. In addition, its geographic location makes it the crossroads between Wester, Eastern, and Southern Europe. As such, it gained a seat in the UN security council to help it safeguard the West against potential Russian aggression, and ethnic tensions in the Balkans.

Oi! How am I supposed to have a reunited Yugoslavia without Slovenia and Croatia? Oh well, time to assimilate Bulgaria and Albania...

The Raj is the leading military, economic and scientific power within the continent and was offered a seat on the council for this reason after the Acts of Union 1947. As such Raj will continue to represent the interests of the 1.3 billon people within its borders and will lead both Asia and the world into a brighter future.

Not gonna lie, having around 980 million people in the defense and espionage forces is the most ridiculous thing that I have ever heard. Not only that, having 1 billion citizens in your country is also kind of ridiculous, as it's likely the 12 billionth human will never be born.

Plus, if you have a billion people in your country it often means it is not a pleasant place to live in and that a lot of people are likely impoverished and destitute.
