You do realize how expensive these are to maintain with a modern capitalist economy right? Not even the USA maintains any battleships or battlecruisers. The only country to maintain battlecruisers in modern day is Russia, and that's only because they don't have a lot of warm sea and can focus on one big ship. Plus, if they're just for parades; why are they in your initial ORBAT?

A floating dock is basically one big flat thing with supplies on it. Seaplane's are when the planes are stored in the ship but can be put into the sea by a crane negating the need for a runway cause the sea is the runway
