Saranidia is at war with
the Polish Prussian Commonwealth as well as the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies and Rhodesia-Tanzania over a set of issues which begun when 1 spy
and 1 geniune insurgency trainee(believed by Saranidia to be 2 geniune trainees)
visited the school and described being opressed, the school was inspired by
a previous school spied on by the Polish Prussian commonwealth resulting in a short invasion by that nation.


Saranidia promptly offered peace on the grounds they had not yet been attacked and so were mistaken about a threat but the PPC, Two Sicilies and Rhodesia-Tanzania declared war afterwards
regardless.

Saranidia will: send Princess Miriam II, 4 years of age, to stay with a devout Muslim Lipka Tartar noble family loyal to the Prussian-Polish Commonwealth. Not back an armed revolution in the Polish Prussian Commonwealth, the Two Sicillies or Rhodesia-Tanzania,
ask our allies to stand down, enable a collaborative anti-terrorism project to be created to defend both our nations following aa mutually agreed definition of terrorism, release any and all captured spies or saboteurs not responsible for acts against civilians. Offer to build an embassy. Cancel all letters of Marque and Reprisal directed against the Polish Prussian Commonwealth and if their allies stand down, also all those directed against their allies.

As a member of the Alliance of the Court of Sayyids and Sharifs; Samporna is obligated to come to the aid of allies in need. However, the ally in question is Sarinidia- A nation infamous among the international(NS) community. As such, it has come to delegation in Sampornese Congress. All across Samporna, citizens participate in BPCs and debate the situation; on whether or not to come to Sarinidia's aid, and if so, how much aid will be offered. Over the course of fourteen days, debates will continue; and on the fifteenth, the GPC will make its decision.

The Kingdom of the Two Sicilies did not have a large navy or air force. But one thing was certain- the men and women who did serve in it's armed forces were not fools . They cried tears of absolute joy when hearing of the battleships, and immediately headed out to sea-4 Palmero-class battlecruisers(Which were copies of Prussia-Poland's August von Mackensen class, which were in themselves very similar to the American Ticonderoga-class cruiser) and 8 Sanfedismo class destroyers(Again, very similar to the American Arleigh Burke-class destroyer).
In close quarters, they were helpless against battleships. But at a distance, there was no contest.
The patrol boats, being Kedah-classes, would not be a problem as they carried no missiles.

His Majesty's Ship "Ferdinand V"(Palmero-class)
As the ship steamed across the Mediterranean sea, the AN/SPS-73 and AN/SPY-1 radars in the mast detected the Saranidian flotilla. The information was kicked to the bridge, where the watch officer noted it.
A few seconds later, an alarm blared across the ship.
ALL HANDS TO BATTLE STATIONS, THIS IS NOT A DRILL.
Sailors scurried about, some heading to the fore, some to the aft, all getting ready for the confrontation. The scene repeated itself on the other 11 ships.
The information on the flotilla's course and range-especially those of the battleships-were sent to the AN/SPG-62 fire control radar. Meanwhile the AN/SLQ-32 Electronic Warfare Suite came online and began to jam Saranidian radar.

The order was given to open fire. The VLS cells of the ships launched several missiles-140 RIM-156 SM-2 Standard missiles, and 16 Harpoon Anti-ship missiles-that began racing to the flotilla, with half aimed at the battleships.

OOC: I did the math. A Ticonderoga can carry 122 missiles. That means 30 Standards from each cruiser for a total of 120, plus 20 from the destroyers. Assuming the cruisers fire 4 Harpoons and the destroyers each fire one, that's 8.

After that, the AN/SPS-49 and AN/SPY-1 radars detected the large amount of planes arriving and responded accordingly.
An additional 112 RIM-156 SM-2(20 from each cruiser, plus 4 from each destroyer) missiles raced out and headed for the Saranidan aircraft.

6 August von Mackensen battlecruisers took up station around the Strait of Gibraltar. While they would not interdict shipping, they were to prevent any attempt by the Saranidians to get ships out of the Mediterranean. An identical force, reinforced by Rhodesian-Tanzanian destroyers, would soon take up station around the Suez canal as well.

Unfortunately, with all of the Sicilian ships more than 40 nautical miles away, and all communications jammed, his plea went unheard.

Over a hundred anti-ship missiles rained down over the fleet, with half aimed at the battleships. A hundred more were aimed at the aircraft. Presumably this would lead to massive losses among the Saranidian fleet as missiles, descending like the fist of an angry God, smashed into their ships and planes.

It was at this, the man smiled softly, and bowed his head. This smile of course, only lasted until Suleiman would be informed of the magnificent disaster near Sicily. "Only in Saranidia..." the Marshal would sigh. "If you would excuse me, I must get to work..."

It is with great shock and dismay that I announce that the United Kingdom has sent troopsto support an aggressive terrorist state. I cannot pretend to comprehend why the Britisb, our closest allies since the First World War, have acted against fellow NATO members who are fighting to defend their home and native land.
Therefore, with a heavy heart, I am ordering that all British assets be frozen, all bases be withdrawn, the cessation of all coal, oil, and Liquified Natural Gas exports to the UK, the terminiation of all joint projects, and the revokation of Most Favored Nation status. Masses of people marched through the streets, all driven by one purpose.
They were a varied lot-Fascists and liberals, white-collar workers and coal miners, Anglican and Catholic, black, brown, or white, but all had one thing in common-their bitterness and rage at a government that had cheated and forgotten them, and which was selling out a fellow NATO member for cheap gas.

The first was Prussian-Polish mounted rifleman armed with a K98k and a member of the BEF armed with a SMLE, both bayoneting an enourmous octopus with the swastika emblazoned on it, and the second was the same as the first, except with the flag of Saranidia replacing the swastika. Underneath the two images was the following caption-"WE BEAT EM ONCE, WE CAN BEAT EM AGAIN."
The march halted near Parliment, where the protestors congregated, bringing traffic to a halt and tormenting the MPs with their shouting.

Similar protests broke out all across the nation. Birmingham, Manchester, Coventry, and more all witnessed demonstrations against the government's actions.
