Dude, you realize I'm a PMT civ, right? Besides, this is less a competitive rp and more of a lore building one. As for the inner council there's just two of us plus Ascion, but he's hardly ever around, so eh.

Devonta does hold territory in what would be Kazakhstan, bordering Eastern China. This land was sold to Devonta by the Pan-Asiatic government. The 40,000 km² land was renamed Sekara and its capitol is just a small farming village named Petrostana w/ population of ~1,000.

The Devontan Army holds one Fort in Sekara, Fort Ruslan. It is host to two brigades of Devontan Infantry from the 36th Field Division. Both supported by a company of mail and law enforcement personnel.

I was think maybe this could be a focal point of the crisis, maybe the nations opposed to the Pan-Asiatic States try to gain access to Sekara to conduct espionage or what not. Devonta would react suspiciously and probably not allow it, as it wishes no conflict with the Pan-Asiatic States and prefers a neutral stance in the diplomatic conflict.

Just an idea...

This may be an interesting pursuit. I'm familiar with this purchase. I'm going to garrison troops on the border of that fort to get Devonta irate a little and get the ball rolling.

I'm going to set-up the background for an infiltration of Melanesian ports. I'm thinking maybe after you take it, an accident leads to suspicion. Maybe one of the spies are killed and the body is Kjalaaran/Anglisch? If that happens, I'm filing an extradition for foreign nationals (Kjalaara/Anglomir businessmen in the PAS basically).

If that happens, then public outcry against the government will erupt, which means you guys can start influencing PAS politics.

Most of our divisions aren't even a half strength. And the third Weltkrieg was over three years ago! We are stretched thin and are unwilling to have another Weltkrieg. EVER!
