In response to the heinous crimes of the Syrian regime, Iran, and the Kurdish PKK gangs we declare independent and free Jazira, we declare free our blessed and beautiful land, the home of the free. The sons of the Levant and Jazira hold that it is not suitable for this land to be void and neglected of governance and such a state has been established upon just and sound principles with the sons of the great revolution, the honorable tribes, the Mujahideen and youth of our homeland. This shall be a state where justice prevails, virtue is promoted, vice and evil are prevented and the people are free and equal.

Islam is to be the religion of our great nation and it is to be upheld and respected, Arabic is to be the official language, and the unified Arab law is to be the law of the land in accordance with our religious values in faith and theology, and with the customs of the people. The salvation is to begin by our hands and the revolution that was born out the events of 2011 shall continue on until liberation occurs, we vow to support our revolutionary brothers in the struggle against the regime, the Iranian Safavids and PKK gangs.

We invite all upright factions to join us and likewise we shall support them, and reject the foreign aggression and the attempts to influence our country and people and those who send our sons to die for their nefarious causes, freedom and honor belongs to the just and humiliation belongs to the wicked, and God is the Greatest!

In Raqqa it was a festive mood despite the destruction that surrounded the city from the relentless air campaign in 2017, and since the Kurdish YPG was expelled from the city months ago, the new Arab forces in charge made up of mostly ex-rebels and defectors from others factions and local tribes have all joined forces to seek vengeance on their enemies and rebuild the war-torn eastern Syria and fighting Iranian backed militias in neighboring Iraq.

Khataiyi intelligence officials are directly coordinating with this movement and there are some claiming Iraqi Baath Party officials linked to Saddam Hussein's old government may be involved as well, many observers view this as mysterious, and only time will tell what direction this new movement takes and the possible implications this could have in the region and internationally.

The SNS Countburg had been replaced with the newer Bergamini-Class Frigate, the SNS Penumbra. Iris was pleased a more capable ship had been assigned to her flotilla. The captain though was unfamiliar to Iris. The name on paper was Liza Jetse, a captain Daley had yet to meet. She would soon though, the Captain Jetse was on her way in a RHI boat.

Iris had thought a child had stowed away on the Penumbra given the stature of the person that climbed aboard her ship. She was short, quite short with stawberry blond hair that was matted down the sides of her lean face from the ocean spray.
