Backstory
This afternoon in the Piesian city of St. Joe’s, Chancellor John Rayer and Vice Chancellor Henry Merz were attacked by two anarchist from the nation of Oxan Prime which injured the Chancellor and killed the Vice Chancellor. When apprehended they admitted it was ordered by Prician military. The Senate declared war and the Piesian Legion was deployed.

TO: The Governments of Pius Desurongcrandis and Oxan Price

The Kaiserriech demands that all hostilities between the two nations end at once. We are after all in the "long peace" and nobody wants to break the Deutscher Frieden now. The Kaiserriech invites leaders of both nations to meet in Berlin. The Kaiserriech will act as a mediator between these two states and guarantees the safety of both heads of states. We seek for both sides the most beneficial agreement possible to keep the peace in the world.

But if both sides decide to resume hostiles the Kaiserreich will act accordingly to guard world peace as it has this past decade.
