Kleptor Rebellion.

80,000 Kleptor Confederation supporters have armed themselves and declared Kleptor independant, with Kanton as its capital. The massive Kerchukan army of 8.1 million strong, has been assembled in Habkin, and is ready to face the rebels.
The Kleptor rebellion has begun.

Kleptor has taken the Gunkzhao province for themselves, and have stated that the province is all they want, but we will protect out way of life.

The Kaiserreich demands that both sides cease all hostilities at once. As much as the Iron Packt despises Rebellion against the rightful Government of the state. The world is in a time of peace after our victory in the third Weltkreig and no nation wants another war like that. The Kaiserriech serves as the peacekeeper of the world and we will assume our duties if this conflict continues.

The Kaiserriech invites leaders of both factions to meet in Berlin. The Kaiserriech will act as a mediator between these two states and guarantees the safety of both heads of states. We seek for both sides the most beneficial agreement possible to keep the peace in the world.

But if both sides decide to resume hostiles the Kaiserreich will act accordingly to guard world peace as it has this past decade.

The Kaiserreich demands that both sides cease all hostilities at once. Both sides are to issue a command to all troops to cease active military and allow humanitarian aid to reach conflict zones. Both sides are to withdraw five kilometers from the current front and exchange all prisoners. The leaders of the two factions are invited to Berlin to discuss a formal ceasefire and possible treaty. They will be treated to safe passage and the Kaiserriech as a mediator.

But if both sides decide to continue hostiles the Kaiserreich will be forced to intervene.

A MESSAGE TO THE DEUTSCHESS KAISERREICH

The Kerchukan Military will defend it's soil, whether it's against rebels or invaders. This insulting gesture in which you think my affairs are yours to meddle with is Imperialist and Nationalist. If you continue to make threats of war against me, I will not hesitate to get my regions security counselors into a hearing. They will find your claim to interfere invalid without a second thought. We expect an apology for this insult, and nothing less. Or we will force a hearing, you have 3 days to respond.

Kerchuko make further pushes towards Kanton on the route through the jungle, claims another victory.

Kerchuko 67-3 Kleptor

This battle saw the first soldier to receive an award in the line of duty, Zhu Lin received a Bronze Talon and a Tear of Commitment (See my factbook for details on army awards). Zhu Lin is a field gunner, he used his machine gun and pistol to clear a path for himself to an enemy checkpoint, when he got there, he began to set up a defensive position and take the checkpoint. And for a few minutes before supporting troops arrived, fired his machine gun relentlessly at any attackers. Until he was mortally wounded by mortar shrapnel. Support arrived soon after and Zhu Lin was able to be lifted out of the battlefield to a hospital. He is estimated to have claimed between 18-23 kills.
