3rd OSEAN All-Nation Assembly

This is the 3rd OSEAN conference that we've had in the 7 months of OSEAN existing. Recently, I have begun an effort to revitalize OSEAN, called the Six-Month Plan. The aims of this plan are as follows:

Establish active Discord membership among at least 3/4 of the alliance

Become fully self-sufficient in terms of economics and trade

Create new benefits for members

Increase military numbers to become a major military force in Strangereal

Increase OSEAN membership to encompass at least 35 nations.

These goals are listed in order of urgency. To accomplish these goals by the target date of July 17, 2019, it is necessary to have the input of all OSEAN nations. Ideas, goals, wishes, are all to be posted and debated here. This discussion is OOC, unlike our previous conferences, in order to save time and gain more information. It is also closed to all except members of OSEAN.

I think we should have a team of recruiters specifically to get people in osean, or run some propaganda or something

We should get involved more internationally. Try to provoke smaller alliances to give us a reason to attack them, do RPs about intra-alliance trade, do some military exercises, etc.
