Alright, I changed my population based on the actual 1975 population of Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi, although I did the same thing that I had previously done for the Tanzanian province that I own(added them up based on the present day population, halved the total population of the province and then added it up with the rest of my territories). Is that good now or does it need to be decreased more?
