Please rethink this. If your nation is located in the Indian subcontinent, there shouldn't be any Russian names, as Russian isn't a native language of the subcontinent, and it would be extremely unlikely for a subcontinent nation to be "Colonized" or conquered by any Russian speaking nations.



Usowar is based on the principles of ''multi-ethnicity'' so, it is not unlikely to have Russian names in the nation. There are also a lot of ministers who come from many different cultures/nations, working in the govt.

Idk, I just added up the 1975(well, at least roughly around that time)population of Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi and for the Tanzanian regions that make up the province I mentioned, I couldn't find the 1975 population for them anywhere, so I halved the current day population of the province. I could lower the RP nation's population down if you want to.
