His civil war might be over, but he currently is pretty far from any sort of real peace.

Maybe once things settle down I might turn my attention towards a proxy way with you or something of that effect. There is much potential there for some good RP.

My nation will soon face a dilemma. Kyavan has been pretty much torn apart, and now many corporations inside Ukraniumstan will try to invest elsewhere. This will mean more open relations with other nations, but it will still be loyal supporters of Kyavan.

Also, the new weapons are still very early and not yet fully tested. But, some money might be able to buy(wink wink). No one outside of the Rada and the UMSD is aware of the weapons creation, transportation, or even its full effects.

For reference, my ground forces are split into 3 groups.
-500,000, currently in Kyavan(Zaphod Army)
-300,000, currently in the Caucasus(Uxnaya Army)
-50,000 in Port Arthur(Port Arthur Garrison)

Towns and cities use the communal system to arm their civilians if an invasion happens. Several weapons depots, which are guarded by military police, house weapons, and ammo for able-bodied men and women in the case of an attack. The weapons are unavailable at any other time. Even though most have received basic military training(NS stats), they don't stand a chance against a full invasion force, and will only slow them down

Yikes, Port Ember, you sent a SMS. That is definitely not secure, even with Tor level encryption and VPNs. There are hundreds, if not millions of ways to spoof paper: Caesar codes, invisible ink, binary encryption, writing in a different language, but you chose the less secure option. Also, I doubt that MI1 wouldn't be able to find the number, but let's presume that they really didn't care.

Yeah got it mate. There is a reason to the madness. Sometimes its more important to find out who is interested in you and your moves than it is to keep secret.. sending an sms from a burner was a calculated move. The burner does not have a owner so one would never know who owned that number, to send one sms.. and the burner is in a trashcan by now.

So the game is simple - there will be wyes on the meeting place. If a thrid parties eyes are also on the meeting, it can be so deternined that someone is indeed suspicious, interested and motivated enough to go through all the trouble of keeping tabs
