You can, but it should have no military effect. If you're transporting resources or sending in a few more agents, that's fine.

I know I put 1950, but I will allow most Cold War Tech. What I won't allow is rapid military deployment. This is an insurgency style ground conflict first, and a global war rp second.

Addressed to everyone, please view is Rp more like the Hungarian Uprising with backers, and other similar rebellion style conflict, and less like a grand military invasion. Most conflicts should be street battles and skirmishes, not colonial ambitions and naval warfare.
